No I don't think so cos if she was, kanak will remember her face and palomi will be curious about the name kanak or it would strike some chord in her even though she doesn't know its really kanaks name.
Also she knows so much about uma , she must know that he acquired bhaboos shop. If she started living with them from the tym she's 16 to 20 years then her features would not have changed so much that kanak won't recognise her.if palomi was any younger then she won't be able to have left home.

I also think she is Meena's daughter. I am not sure of it was mentioned when Mishti left home. If not merna's daughter she is still related in some way to Rathi parivaar.
