I also think its babosa , I really don't think its fraud or a trick by somebody outsyd the family. This shop is what will keep kanak n uma together and it will become the same to them as it was for sandya n suraj.it will kanaks to run but it will given to her by Una not the Rathis.

Anyway the above is only my opinion.

My conscience keeps telling me it has something to do with Vikram.

Season 1 vikram's image wasn't the great. And along with meenakshi they were a team in tricking the Rathi family. However, I feel CV have turned meenakshi into a good hearted person in this season.

So I think it is Vikram who might have illegally taken bhabhos signature and sold the shop.
