Well said and very nice post too.

Yes the way in which they got married is wrong and it shouldn't have happened but it has and we need to get over it and simply enjoy the show.

Ofcourse I won't wish anyone to be married to anybody against their wish nor will let something like that to happen to me and one might say that I have bed taste in show but I love watching shows like this for purely entertainment purpose only, story like this keeps me on my toes and I love it😳

I wrote a post here a while back asking the same question: are we actually supposed to like him? Because it is confusing. Is he actually a villain or a hero?

Obviously they are heading towards character growth but I am still not sure that's going to be enough to overcome the forced marriage track. I am not sure I could ever get myself to be okay with their marriage.

Right now Uma is very rigid and steeped in following traditions to a T without fully realizing the humanity in them. Really liked your line. He lacks the samaj, soch and jigger of Suraj. He is without soul at the moment which I hope will find in his soulmate. Kanak will have to be both Suraj and Sandhya with him. She has her work cut out as he is rich and powerful, quietly ominous but there is loyalty in him. It is true that many traditional rules had a scientific meaning and were made for the good of both male and female populations but adaptations over the centuries have distorted their true intent.

I too am curious when n how US will repent and try to make up for the wrongs he has done against Kanak n Payal. It's tough issues the makers have taken on. The change won't be overnight, but like water on stone.

My personal thought on US is that he may not have comitted fraud with the shop,but his marriage to kanak is illegal. One cannot marry without consent or marry in complete absentia. Him n his cohorts are well dressed rich gundas.
