I so loved this episode! The bedroom scene was the best. It was not exactly an ordinary contradiction between a husband and a wife in the privacy of their room... it had, somehow, some sort of epic proportions... a clash of two opposite patterns of behavior and thinking... a clash of two different worlds... each one of them defending their point of view and the rules of their worlds in which they have grown up.

well put... and the best bit it was allowed to happen.. emotions,stands were put forth..

I want to see more of these type of scenes as without confrontation and conflict these two individuals, who are the quintessence of their own world, can't never find their common path. Sometimes, when the forces are so indestructible, there must be a conflict before such strong personalities can settle down and discuss "The Peace Treaty". Kanak and Uman will find their way together, but it will not be easy as both of them simply have very powerful personalities.

oh Etna,I totally back you up on this way... there has to be friction , its what creates the spark! besides , its all about getting to know each other, the lamp and the wick! so may the lantern never run out of oil! 😊... lovely to see your comment keep reading and commenting.. love hammie

Hammie hammie hammie , this is another amazing post. Very very very very intelligently u played with the title line and the main theme of the episode. Cloth makes the man , funny really. The way Kanak was not at all liked when she appeared as herself , cool in attitude, educated but not proud,
yes,to me she doesn't seem proud.. they mean obstinate , set in her ways! the way she is forced into marriage.. they all think its part of the norm... which it isn't . but the truth is there are areas they slip through the net..
knows when to speak out but knows how to respect elderly.but sad that Kanak was rejected by all.and she was only praised when she turned fake.cz this world itself want us to fool it with our abnormally nice attitude , a fake smile , sometimes oiling , funny how everyone wants that cloth which covers our secrets and loves our clothed selves and not what we truly are.is lie Rome mein Roman jaise kapde pehenne padhte.that's so true... kanak is lauded when she is seen to fit into the greater scheme of things!
