2008: Bollywood Calling for TV stars
The year 2008 is certainly going to be different for many TV stars. Having made their presence felt on television, they are now eying the silver screen
If things go well, Saakshi Tanwar aka our darling Parvati bhabhi of Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii will set the screen on fire next year. The Parvati image is being carried over to her film, C Company. The film stars Tusshar Kapoor and Raima Sen in the main roles besides Mahesh Bhatt who makes an appearance as a chat show host. Informs Sakshi, "I will be playing the role of Parvati in Ekta Kapoor's next movie called C Company. Directed by Sachin Yardi, the writer of Kya Kool Hain Hum, it's a funny take on the current crop of television serials."
