Suyesh - Aware of Om ?????!!!!!

We all wonder where did our beloved Suyesh Mehra disappear? I know now the current track is focussing on Om only,but atleast they can cast it like Paro telling Suyesh about Om's existence.. After All,she talks so much abt Om to Suyesh many times.. how could she not tell him the most important turning point in her life ????????? Ekta should act wisely sometimes !!!!!! and also there are so many loop holes like Rajeshwari & Trishna.................

Wahi to.. Suyash and Rajo live in the same house.... Accordingly now Paro is Mrs.Suyash Mehra and the house is not yet in her name and all that confsions are forgotten.... Seems very strange and yes out of track 😕 But am happy with the story line though 😳

And if OM is alive then rajeswari should be back as well saying if her first husband is back(om is alive) then how can she(paro) marry again....her second marrige doesn't count according to the law etc.....

Hi. 😃Well, in all honesty... I'm not 100% sure about the law on this... but I do know that the death of a spouse automatically ends a marriage. 😊Om died 25 yrs ago and they had Om's dead body to prove that it was actually Om who died... the day Parvati was widowed, her marriage to Om ended... so her wedding to Suyash is perfectly legal.😳 The day, Parvati married Suyash in court, she became Suyash's wife...😳 and still is... 😳

Yeh but long as i no or remember didn't they had a marrige contract to say there r husband and wife for a year or something and then they will be divorced.

Well yes, it was a 3 month marriage.😃 But it was only a personal understanding between Parvati and Suyash...😳 coz I'm sure that Indian law does not allow contract marriages.😃 And before the 3 month period ended and Parvati could divorce Suyash... she got him arrested in Om's murder. 😭And before he came out, Trashna had already framed Parvati in Om's murder.😭 Their divorce proceedings never reached court. 😃As it is, if I'm not mistaken... 😳as per Indian law, u have to be married for at least one year before u can file for divorce. Parvati-Suyash never lived 2gether for a year so the question of a divorce doesn't arise.😳 Its only their lil understanding that they are just faking it all...😃 but not in legal terms. 😉Legally, as per the law... Parvati-Suyash are married.😳
