First of a very happy republic day to one and all of you.... Jai Hind and Vande Mataram 😊



A Recap of yesterday's episode is shown where Anamika says that she wants to quit... A small AV is shown where the opinion of various people are taken on Anamika's decision.. Whole India wants Anamika to come back and say that a singer like her should not quit...

The stage is shown where Aditya and other little champs except for Anamika are singing "Suno gaur se duniya waalon".. Amir and Vasundhra are wearing Navy dress, Tanmay is wearing Airforce dress and Rohanpreet is wearing military dress.. Vasundhra is having India's flag in hand... The stage is designed like a front and many eminent leaders pictures are also kept on the stage...

Aditya welcomes everyone and says the little champs will celebrate Republic Day today and today we will salute the soldiers of India who are fighting for the safety of general public...

Aditya invites Bengal's beauty Bipasha Basu and welcomes her... They are looking responsible.. Though they are looking cute and small, they are nothing less than the soldiers... There is nothing more than music which is considered as a music bond... She requests everyone to stand and says we will begin the show with national anthem.. Aditya and the kids sing national anthem while others stand on attention saluting the nation...

Suresh - Welcome you to the show on the occasion of republic day... I wish you have a great future on this republic day...

Sonu - He says its nice to have seen Bipasha again for the second time.. Bipasha asks Sonu to say when they met for the first time.. He says his second album was along with Bipasha... She then says we both started our career together...

Suresh wishes Happy Republic Day for all the soldiers on behalf of him and Sonu...

Aditya says yesterday Anamika wanted to quit but after confronting with her parents, she is finally back and invites her on stage...

Anamika is wearing Army dress and apologies to judges.. Sonu asks her not to ask apology.. Aditya asks what happened.. She says I was upset and didnt want my Dad to get into the same state as of Smita's Dad.. Sonu then says - "Haara hua baccha chalta hain lekin haar manna hua baccha nahin chalta"... And gives her some and asks her not to repeat this again.. Sonu also says that this is not like every other reality show where the judges fight to give raise to TRP.. You cannot see Me and Sureshji fighting while giving marks... We dont do any TRP gimmicks to get TRP.. We get it because of true music..

Suresh - I am happy that you are back and is back on the occasion of republic day...

Aditya says we have had hoardings of bollywood stars on stage but today we have hoardings of all those eminent personalities who fought for the freedom of our nation.. He gives a small intro of Tatya Tope... Rani Lakshmi Bhai, Rangoji Babu, Azimulla Khan, Nana Sahab Peshwar...

First contestant to perform is Amir Hafeez.. He sings mera rang de basanti chola from Shaheed... MD - Prem Dhawan.. Singers- Mukesh, Mahendra Kapoor..

Suresh - It could have been better... A

Sonu - Asks how he was and says he was looking handsome in this costume.. Its a very difficult song.. Gives A

Bipasha - You are so small but you sang such a heavy song.. Your singing was honest... I liked your song...

Anamika sings Watan pe jo fida hoga from phool bane angaare.. MD - Kalyanji - Anandji.. Singer - Mohammad Rafi..

Aditya asks Why did you choose this song? I wanted to dedicate this song for all of them..

Sonu - Who asked you to sing this song? Anamika says - I love this song and I wanted to sing this song especially on this occasion.. Sonu then comments that this is a very tough song which even a male singer wouldn dare to attempt.. But you took up this and sang very well.. Gives A+

Suresh - This is a very high song for you and you need to concentrate on diction.. Sonu then pulls her and Bipasha's leg for having a Bengali accent.. But says Bipasha says good dialog.. Bipasha comments on Anamika's singing and tells in bengali, you sing very sweet and you sounded like a professional singer... She also says that all Bengali's sing very well and are very sweet people.. Sonu agrees to it...

Sureshji gives A+ for her speaking in Bengali style...

Aditya says next is Vasundhra and the song that she will sing is sung by Latadi and made Nehru cry after listening to it.. This song was also on discussion as to if it can be made as national song.. Vasundhra says this song of mine is a shraddhanjali to all the soldiers... Vasundhra sings Ae mere watan ke logon.. Singer - Lata Mangeskar...

Aditya says there is a special request from a soldier friend who wants Sonu to sing Sandese aate hain, an inspirational song from Border... Sonu fulfills the request.. Aditya also joins him...

Sonu - I am very proud of you and surprised that you have sung this so well... If we choose few performances that are the best in this show, then this performance of yours will surely be there... Gives A+

Suresh - You sang so well, I really dont know what to do with you.. Gives A+

Bipasha - You have a good style and I think you are the stylist in this show..

Aditya says for getting double A+, Tanmay gets the opportunity to freely advertise for 3.5 minutes... Tanmay then advertises his Samsung company and says that did not do well and so he has shifted.. Bipasha asks him what does he want to do now? He says he wants to become a singer.. Bipasha asks him to become a stylish singer...

Rohanpreet sings dil karta from Aadmi aur Insaan.. MD - Ravi.. Singer - Mahendra Kapoor, Babli and co... All the soldiers shout once more and he sings again and many soldiers come on stage and dance for the show..

Suresh - You were missing certain things.. Your sur were not perfect.. Gives A

Sonu - The alaap was very good at the end.. But you need to improve.. Gives A

Bipasha - You made everyone to dance and entertained all of us.. I loved your song..

Sonu asks Sureshji to decide who will be the power pack performer.. He gives it to Tanmay..

All the 5 kids sing a final song.. Takat watan ki hum se...

Aditya invites two students who have been selected from the talent hunt...

One student from Kanpur sings mera mulk mera desh...

Show starts with Aditya announcing that there's now 5 weeks remaining for the finals....then the announcement for the theme is amde. Its suresh wadkar special.

Sureshji comes on stage and sings....he starts with guru pranam and then goes on to sing few lines from Megha re megha re and aye zindagi Gale laga le. At the end of the song his students come up on the stage and that includes previous srgmp and indian idol contestant Rahul Vaidya too.

Sonu praises sureshji for the work he is doing for music. he then requests him to play tabla which is sureshji's first love. Sonu himselg bring the tabla on stage and Suresh wadkarji play it.

The guest of the evening is announced. its Vishal Bhardwaj...Vishal informs all that his dream was always to work with sureshji and he is happy to have done so. there are many hit songs of these two combined.

Aditya declares total votes - its more than 9lakh this week.

The judgement chair is no more...all five contestants r made to stand on a round platform and an arrow revolves above them to give the positions.

this weeks #1 contestant is none other than Anamika.

Anamika :

She 1st sing few lines of jungle jungle baat chali hai....Vishal is happy and then sonu too joins and sings the song in a kids voice. sonu informs all that the song was composed by Vishal.

Sonu - Not upto the mark....

Vishal - U choose a very diff song....but still did well as per your age.

Aditya announces a surprise for Sureshji....its a msg from Lataji. she tells how sureshji had eagerly wanted to take autograph of her when he was a kid. according to her his presence cannor be ignored...she showers praise on him.

Sureshji's daughter ananya comes on stage and sings taare zammen par. briliant performance 👏 then comes his wife Padmaji, his elder sister and school trustee atul singhani

Padmaji was among the 1st contestants of the 1st episode of srgmp in 1993 and they show clipings of sonu and her. aditya tells all that we now hv here the 1st contestant and 1st host of this show together on the sets....a rae sight maybe for any show.

Sonu - he tells all how he is getting emails saying he pinches his cheek on their behalf...tanmay has already become famous.

Rohana dn Vasu brought on stage...aditya tells that one among them would now get eliminated. but before that they r going to give their performances. Rohan has a gift for Sureshji...a pack of CD with songs of sureshji.

Sureshji sonu and Vishal all praise him for the fantastic performance by him...

Sonu and sureshji all praise her. surehsji on the request of vasundhara goe sup the stage and sing a marathi song with her. Vishal tells her to do proper riyaaz to get few things right in her singing.

Aditya now calls Vishal on stage....they both together release the C-2007 contestants CD sets. there r two sets - Safar and Shubh Vivah. both carry songs from the challenge. Shbh Vivah series has songs from the shaadi episode that the season had....

Nana Patekar now pays tribute to sureshji.

Now comes the final decision...who among Vasundhara and Rohanpreet will get eliminated?

Both r called on stage...here now sureshji calls and pleads not to eliminate anyone. As a mark of respect to sureshji this being his episode none r eliminated this week.

So No Elimination this week!!!

Yesterday we had a major twist in the show where no one got eliminated from the show... But the votes will be carried over for the next week... Today again all the 5 will be performing...

The show begins with Aditya and the kids singing bum bum bole from taare zameen par...

Aditya welcomes everyone to the show... The whole set is designed like a Cafe and is called Little champs Cafe...

Today is Cafe special....

He welcomes the judges and they have little fun on the show... Sonu and suresh say they have come from shooting and have heard that there is a new Cafe that has been started.. So, they want some coffee.. Aditya says he is Aditya of little champs cafe and he is the owner too.. He says he is also good in anchoring just like Aditya Narayan and wants a chance to prove it... Anamika says she is just like Anamika who is from Assam.. Tanmay says he is Tanmay of little champs Cafe and he will be promoting the cafe.. He says whoever comes to the Cafe will also listen to the songs...

Kunal Kemu is welcomed and Aditya says we will have the opening ceremony now by him... Kunal asks if he can promotion here in the cafe? and that he has seen lot of similarity in cafe and his film superstar.. he asks if he can play a small promo of it.. Everyone gives the permission and a promo is played on the screen...

Tanmay asks if he can start singing.. He sings title song from hey baby.. MD - Shankar Ehsaan Loy...

Aditya says lets start the second round. Suresh says we will have to go.. You said only one round and even without serving coffee, you are making us listen to the songs... Aditya says he will prepare coffee now.. Sonu says lets have some fun and the kids should sing masti songs...

Sonu - I wanted to point out the samething which Sureshji pointed out.. He gave an example as to how it should have been sung... He then started scolding Amir as he felt that Amir was not looking at him and listening to him.. He then asked all the little champs to listen to what they say so that they can improve.. he said they are pointing out the mistakes because they want them not to repeat it when they grow up...

All the judges praises him...sonu's informs everyone that he has throat infection so can't sing and correct. but he praises rohan that after singing the pop numbers he is happy to see rohan singing classically mild. Sudeshji points out to Rohan that he was not 100% in the mukhra but later he was just fantastic.

Judges all feel she sung it perfectly....

#3 - Amir

Song - Laga Chunri mein daag Film - Dil hi to hai Singer - Manna Dey

Amjad ji praises him...but suresh ji again points out the same mistake he does repeatedly - of letting off lines suddenly. Sonu then asks him to sing the starting taan and shows him he was wrong in the starting itself.

#4 - Tanmay

Song - Madhuban mein radhika Film - Kohinoor Singer - Rafi

Judges praises him...Suresh wadekar shows his mistake in the taan at the starting but says that he was fantastic after that.

All the three judges come up the stage to release the Classically Mild album of Sonu on the sets of SRGMP....they show video clippings of the album with the tracks. sonu says that the stage of srgmp has a high postive vibrations and so every album that was released here became a hit....Suresh wadekar ji and Amjad Ali ji both praise Sonu for the endevour.

All the judges praises him just Suresh ji points out to him that at places he was not ok with sur...asked him to be bit more careful.

Both Tanmany and Amir r called on stage...both will perform and then the eliminated contestant will be announced.

Amjad ali ji praises them that both chose a tough song...Sonu and Sureshji both points out that Amir and Tanmay both were not up to the mark...

Contestant eliminated - Amir

Amir's family members created a big ruckus and pulled down Amir from stage and walked out of the show. Sonu made a statement that whatever happened was very unfortunate and should not hv happened....Amjadji said that with winning everyone should be prepared for loss too in a competition.

Song - Pyaar to hona hi thha Film - Pyaar to hona hi thha Singer - Jaspinder Narula

Kajol tells her that she is feeling out of the world listening to such a flawless performance on such a song...and that she enjoyed a lot. Ajay tells all the diff. they had faced while rec the song and also finding a perfect female singer for this song...he cogratulates anamika.

Judges too praises her and Sonu gives her A+ while Sureshji A


Rohanpreet -

Song - Ladki badi diwaani hai Film - Kuch kuch hota hai Singer - Kumar sanu & Alka yagnik

Rohan after the performance asks kajol to come up on stage and kajol enacts few steps of the same song from the movie.

Judges poit him out few mistakes he made in the song....Sonu gives him A+ while sureshji A

Anamika -

Song - Mere kwabo mein jo aaye Film - Dilwale dulhania le jayenge Singer - Lata

Both the judges give her A+

Anamika requests Ajay to sing the song he had sung in the movie Hum dil de chuke sanam Ajay tells her that the director had asked him to sing the song but had also given him instruction to sing besura....ajay had sung the song in his normal way as he is always besura. the song was chingai koi bhadke and the director applauded saying hat a performance. Ajay tells all that the director never realised that it was no acting bt his real singing 😆 then he sings the song...sending everyone into a fit of laughter. (he is toooooo besura 😆😆)


Rohanpreet -

Song - Title song of Omkara Film - Omkara Singer - Sukhwinder

Gives a flawless performance and both the judges gives him A+....Ajay and kajol are also very happy with the performance.


Tanmay -

Song - Maine pyaar tumhi se kiya hai Film - Phool aur kaante Singer - Kumar Sanu & Anuradha Paudwal

Both the judges feel it was not such a good performance and they give him A. Kajol and Ajay felt the complete packaging was good...as per ajay he is an item number 😆


They show an av of Sonu and Sureshji through out the show...showing what love is. Aditya calls everyone on stage and takes permission from the two judges that he be allowed to declare the power packed performance today. Sonu agrees...and Aditya announces ajay's name for the power packed performance for his two line singing 😆 then they show the same cliping of ajay singing from the film.

Hello Friends

We are now nearing to the grand finale and just one week away.. This week is the pre-finale and the last chance for the 3 kids to showcase their talents and impress the audience to get votes...

So, lets begin with the update...

An AV is shown where the 3 finalists say today they have dressed like leaders and will be campaigning today... Rohanpreet is dressed like Netaji, Tanmay as Gandhiji, Anamika is also dressed like a leader..

Today each of them will be singing C2007 challengers.. Anamika with Aneek, Tanmay with Raja and Rohanpreet with Mauli...

They all have dressed like Neta (leaders) who are here for campaigning.. In they AV they also show 3 of the finalists asking for votes..

The stage is ready and the 3 finalists come with their own group who are supporting them.. They have a banner asking them to vote and the 3 of them sing baar baar haan from Lagaan..

Raghav, Samira Reddy are the guests for today... Aditya says on 1st march we are going to have grand finale...

Raghav Sacchar - I am very happy and very surprised by the way these kids are singing.. They are doing so well at this age.. Dont know what they will do when they grow up..

Samira - They are very confident and young personalities.. I didnt have even little bit of their confidence when I was young...

Sonu Nigam and Suresh Wadekar will not be present on both days as they have gone on a campaign world wide for these kids... They will come only on march 1st..

Samira - There is 3 different stories and thanks to Raghav for such a fantastic music...

Raghav - The title track is 7.5 mins and I had to mix 4 songs together... Another experiment that I have done is I have sung in female voice.. The director liked me singing in female voice, so we have included that in the song..

Yesterday we had the first episode of pre-finals and today is the continuation of the same...

The stage is shown with the 3 finalists and Aditya singing Hare Ram Hare Krishna from bhool bhulaiyah... The stage is decorated with balloons and on the top is written Annual Day!! They also sing the title song of Welcome!!

Aditya greets everyone and announces that 1st March is the grand finale also that today is the Annual day where the finalists will give their last performance on stage...

To give support to these finalists, Aditya welcomes Akshay Kumar...

Akshay - He shares a story with the audience.. He met a girl in Punjab during a shooting.. She never spoke anything until age of 12, she is also physically challenged... Though she is 18, her growth is just like a kid... But she always listened to music and that too of Latadi... Suddenly one day she started humming a song.. Her parents were amazed but this is reality that she knows 200 songs bi heart..

Mrs. Harsh (Girl's mother) - Tejaswani is a special kid and I am thankful to Akshay for giving this platform for her..

Tejaswani is brought to stage and she sings Saiyaan beimaan... Everyone request her to sing one more song... She sings Tujhe dekh dekh sona...
