no english subtitle at global broadcast!

In UK there is English Subtitle on Star Plus UK daily at 10pm but in Pakistan there is Star Plus to with same drama serial but no English Subtitle. I am not happy with this and how can i request someone to put English Subtitle on all serial dramas in all contries that broadcast Star Plus because it is good serial and i am not good in Hindu so i am good in English and read English.
