Hi guys,

I thought i start a topic about Jo, as she is the reason why we are here 😃 😃 .....

seeing has we are all Potter fans 😳 , i am asuming that many of us are reading addicts, 😛 😆 even though i know many people who just watch the movies 😉 ....hehe...my sis being one of them 😕 😆 ..which i guess is fair enough 😊 ...

though may of us are very big readers, 🤓 and have probably read loads of books, from different authors 👏 😃 😉 .....

I myself, have loads of fav authors, with Jo heading the list 😉 ...hehe...such as Dan Brown, Sidney Sheldon, Jane Austen,Philip Pullman and many more 😳 😃 😛 .....

so the point of the topic is after all that blabbing 😆 is that.....what to you like about Jo's writing style?👍🏼

and besides the fact that she has a fantastic imagination, 👏 👏 and has made characters who we all love and adore 😳 😉 ......wht else do you like about her style? 😛

this is why i luv her: 👍🏼 🤓 😆

she produces the best comic timing, when it comes to funny characters, 😆 😆 such a fred and george, 🤣 🤪 😆 and the way she describes the incidents that make us laugh, is like the icing on the cake 😉 ......

i luv the fact that she goes into immense detail, thats why, when eva tha books were being publised, i always hope that they are long, 😃 😃 so i get more to read....hehehe 😆 😆

i luv the way she shows harry's emotions when it comes to his loved ones and especailly his parents 😭 😕 😭 .....

and beofre i forget i luv the dursleys, 😆 😆 the family we all love to hate 😳 😳 ....hehehe

this is nothing ....there is much more that i could say....

though i would luv to read wht you appriciate about Jo! 😃

please do let me know....i would luv to see wht, makes her that extra bit specail for all of us 😳 😳 ...even though she is already is for us 😉 👏 👏 ......

her imagination power is way beyond ne one else',

the way she has portrayed all the characters is amazing as every character holds importance in some sense..right from those tiny Creevey brothers to Dumbledore..all the characters rock!! even Voldemort' 😳 😆

u r actually compelled to feel all those emotions of Harry..atleast m totally lost in it....especially wen hez in grief..

N the thing that is love about (n I hope someone else hasent said) is the way she describes stuff. I can almost picture myself there!

Lolzz....Jo is our jaan🤗 She's the reason...why I started reading so much in the first place..and probably why my English language skills are so awesome...

Coming o her style of writing...it rocks! 👏 👏

Coz she has this wry, matter of fact sense of humour which I love...it's not the usual slapstick style of humour but the really sarcastic style. It really gets you to crack up! Her jokes are never in your face and jaded...but there's wit in those.

Coming to her characterisation...I love that! The way she has created those characters of hers...described so many aspects of them..their finer nuances...their flaws...their strengths...it's like...I can actually imagine such people existing! I can imagine how they would react to certain situations...what dialogues they'll say and all. Plus, she hasn't ever made them into Mary Sues and Gary Stus...has always made them realistic..they aren't perfect gods...they have their own flaws, and even then they continue to rock. 👏

Then coming to her actions scenes....they have me thrilled for ages (GoF was the best) action is mind numbing! 👏

And the plots? The plots are the best part...she actually has had it all planned out and has stuck to her plan..she hasn't been all bowled over by her sudden rise to fame and what all. She's stuck to her humble roots! 😛

Well, Jo means many more things to me...but aaj ke liye itna kafi hai 😆 😆 😆

...ur totally right...and i agree with you...they are all realistic....cos we can see their strenghts and weaknessess....harry's emotions and so well divised...

...i know...sticking to the plot is the main thing...u can so many times feel tempted to change the story around 😕 ...but she has been presistant 😃 😃 ...throughout..and the fact that she had already written the final chapter proves that clearly 👏 👏 👏 ...

...thats why she is the most successful childrens writer 👏 👏 ....because she makes you feel like u are living the story with the other characters 😉 ....and that is one of the many things that keep me hooked to HP 😃 😃 😃 ....
