Shallow housemates come under attack
Day 2, 23:57 BST
By Daniel KilkellyCharley and Shabnam were particularly vocal as they expressed displeasure about the conversation topics which have been dominant in the house during the first day. Both admitted that they were already tired of talking about clothes and make-up, and solidified their friendship with Tracey by speaking about how well they have been getting along as a trio.
"It's a bit like, people are talking conversations I'm not interested in," Charley explained. "That sounds horrible."
"You switch off," Shabnam agreed. "I wanna talk about real stuff. I wanna talk about reality and struggles and strife. The make-up's good, but you know..."
Charley admitted that she didn't want to upset herself by talking about the others too much, but she summed up the situation with a prediction: "I bet they're in there talking about... pyjamas."
"Sometimes you meet people and there's nothing beyond the surface," Shabnam replied. "There's no strives and struggles. There's no personality."
The trio eventually decided to return to the living area, but not before Shabnam recommended that they should sit together for chats more often.
