Kavya and kripa plans fail the engagement is finally fixed

Angad had been hunting for kavya with a base ball bat ever since the engagement issue had been soughted out by the parents, there was a strange connection of angad with the base ball bat, when kavya and angad were young their mother used to bash them up with a baseball bat. Unlike angad, anjali had been quite confident about kripa she knew that kripa would never let the marriage happen after all it was kripa who was her role model she had seen and accepted kripa as one and her role model could never be wrong.

Kavya on the other hand had been hiding from his big brother because he knew angad would never spare him after all his idea had failed again. "why cant angad spare me" kavya thought for a moment before hiding behind the bush in the garden it was 1 in the night and all lights of the mansions had gone off. Incidentally for kavya angad had come out with the bat in search for him "kavya come you idiot" he gave the bat a swing "you are so dead today" he screamed

Angad's eyes fell on a shade moving behind the tree he quickly went and jumped in front of the shade and was about to hit it with him bat when he heard a scream "aaaaaaahhh…."

"anjali tum" hi gasped

"I am kripa"

"whatever…….. what are you doing here at 1"

"none of your business……… and what are you doing here"

"hunting"

"what??"

"I mean I am hunting for kavya did you see him"

"no why??"

"all this happened because of his stupid plan if he wouldn't have said that I loved that stupid kripa" he snorted

"hey I am kripa and I am not stupid but anyways thanks for clearing my confusion because I thought you guys really liked us and all this mess"

"please we don't change stands so easily any ways bye" angad stared moving in the other direction

" angad…… you realy don't like us right.."

"yeah"

"so there is no harm lets sit and talk about how to get out of this mess"

"cool but first let me lay my hands on kavya"

"he is hiding behind that bush" kripa pointed out

"thanks anjali….. sorry kripa " angad moved towards the bush and and swinged the bat haywire which hit kavya butt badly and he screamed in pain

The first step towards love

Angad brought kavya into anjali and kripa's room at 2 in the night. They saw them pacing impatiently in the room the moment they entered

"hey any tension" kavya asked stupidly

"well what took you guys so long" anjali asked

"nothing really" kavya rubbed his butt

"ok then please make yourself comfortable" kripa pointed towards the bed

Angad and kavya went and sat on the bed comfortably "well first of all sorry for fooling you guys because of the name thingy" kripa sat on the bed facing angad and kavya

"its ok" angad said coolly

"I have thought about a plan" anjali said as she sat beside kripa facing them "the plan is dahhej"

" what??" angad and kavy said in unison

"anju English my dear" kripa signaled seeing angad and kavya's confused looks

"DAHEJ means dowry well the plan would be ou go and ask dad and chachu dowry for the mariage" anjali said

"but why??? We have everything" angad asked "exactly" kavya joined

"well you ask your mamu to do it after all you guys are the most eligible bachelors what say"

"hmm sounds ok" kavya said thoughtfully

"shut up its better than your silly plan its good and I will do it before the enagement happen and we can have the drama at the time of engagement.. which would mean" angad looked at kripa and anjlai happily

"no engagement" they laughed heartly

"jokes apart tell us the truth why do you girls don't want to get married??" angad asked

"yeah you girls are smart, beautiful and everything then"

Kripa and anjali finched uncomfortably "no family can not be the reason" angad looked at them "love breakup" he asked

"love maybe that is why" kavya asked

"actually no" anjali said

"oh stop lieing its love I know" angad said

"yes love we loved someone" kripa said

"loved??"

"yeah we loved someone else I loved my classmate prithvi… and anjali love" kripa looked at anjali "his name was yug"

"they diched you" kavya yawned

"yes … well prithvi and me loved each other very much he studied together shared our notes and even did experiments together he was the class topper"

"then" angad controlled his laugh

"well on the last day of our college he said he would be going to germany and his studies were being financed by his uncle who was a rich billionaire but the bet was he had to marry his daughter…… prithvi gave me an option that if we would get married then my dad would finance his studies" kripa sniffed and angad handed her a tissue " I was very independent from the very begning I would have hated if he took my parents help but when I told prithvi that he said that I am being stupid and he loved me because I havd the power and money to support him… but for me he was nothing but a time pass who was noot even allowed to touch me"

"how long were you both together" angad asked

"4 years…… that is why mom and dad are also the same power hungry and so is karan bro" kripa said

"now your story" kavya looked at anjali "well yug and me were not like kripa and prithvi" anjali bowed her head "thank god" angad whispered in kavya's ears "we used to go out for luch and picnics with our friends………… we used have loads of fun together everyone envied our couple"

"then what went wrong" kavya asked

"well on the farewell night we were all playing truth and dare when yug tried to kiss me as a challenge but I innored at that time but later he got drunk completely and…… and " anjali cried

"he raped you" kavya asked

"NO!!!! I dint even let him touch me but then he accused me that I was acting like a stupid fool by not letting him touch me and he could find someone better" anjali sniffed

"how long were you together" kavya asked

"5 years" sniffed anjali

"no wonder they left you" angad said

"what???" anjali and kripa looked at angad with complete shock

"well you both romed around with those guys for so many years and still dint even let them touch you" kavya said

"exactly… and if you loved them so much then why dint you ….you know" angad shrugged his shoulders

"well I guess we were waiting for the right time" anjali said

"and you dint get one in 4 years" kavya asked

"I guess we were waiting for that special…" kripa said

"or should I say you dint do it because they wernt special enough" angad said

"no that is not the case they were special but we were waiting for that… you know first time should be special" kripa said

"if they were not the ones then who is it???? Is it us ???" angad laughed evily

"yuch… you are sick angad I guess you would have had it loads of time before" kripa said in complete disgust

"well yes loads I have every girl who wants to sleep with me once" angad boasted

"yeah and I am always surrounded by beautiful figures" kavya blushed

"ok jokes apart I would help you to find prithvi and get you your love back" angad said

"and I would make yug understand" kavya said

"but before dreaming about lending this helping hand lets get out of this mess first" anjali said

"exactly" and with that note they all went to their respective beds and waited for the day to dawn.
