Sikandar ki awaaz ne mujhe jhakjhor diya 😃

Mauly ne to sare mentors ko jhakjhor diya😆😆 Sikandar was unfortunate to be picked last..I think he is better than 2 other Pakistani singers..

Amit,
It is too early to say who is promising, remember Dilshaad in C2005, he was very promising in his first performance but failed completely later. We can not judge any singer after listening just one song. There ere few very good singers in Eklavya group too. I will look forward to Zee Bengali and Marathi winner too. But till now whole Vishwayudh concept looks like most promising.

Jadoobhai, You are very right ..I was just taking the intial reactions of the viewers😆

Bhavesh when you wear black goggles, it means great men because men wear goggles😃 if you write great minds, you cannot use that emotion of wearing goggles😃 j/k

😃😃😃 Fianlly some one who thinks exactly the way I thought....

I think Amanat Ali from Dubai has been the best by far.. He has some silky touch in his voice that no other singer seemed to have... The singer from Pakistan who went to Yalgaar gharana and sang 'Kinna sona tenu' also sounded quite promising...

Molly Dave - I thought has been too much overrated.. She chose a popular number.. a song that in itself has ahrdly any melody and sur and sang it in a style that appeal to today's masses... Sumana Ganguli's tonal quality was lot better and unfortunately she was sidelined! I am very very sure that Molly will not be impressive in the slow romantic numbers!!

Amanat Ali is very good. I've heard him sing about 8-10 songs in Middle east challenge 2007 and his songs are always near perfect - right emotions, right notes and that lovely silky voice. I hope he wins - he really deserves to win.

I agree that Amanat Ali seems the most promising. He'd barely started with the words, Soniye Heeriye, when I knew we had something special on our hands. And he hit the right notes throughout the song. I've seen people try to sing Mitwa - it's a very difficult song. Because of all the sudden changes in pitch and tone, it's hard to keep track of what pitch you need to grasp next.

And he also seemed the mentors' favorite of the day until Mauli came along. She sang well too, but the difference is that we have only a few songs in the Mayya genre, and we don't know how she would perform in the softer songs. But having heard Mitwa, I can safely say that Amanat would be able to do full justice to most songs.

Initial reaction-- it seems Amanat Ali is the most promising. I liked the two Pakistani people in ID and HR's gharana as well, but Amanat has the sweetest voice and the most control over sur. 👏

Mouli I will decide on when I have heard her perform a softer number. She did lose sur a bit here and there, it wasn't obvious because the song is so fast-paced. In a slower song, that would stand out. I thought Sumana had a lovely voice as well, pity she wasn't picked out.
