How Dhoni's 100-meter six help Kohli's RCB to enter the IPL Playoffs?

I am a big fan of Dhoni and Virat, both are great players. smiley10smiley10

In an exciting IPL match on Saturday,RCB secured a crucial victory over CSK at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The match, played under overcast skies with rain interruptions, saw significant moments analyzed by RCB veteran Dinesh Karthik.

In the final over, RCB captain Faf du Plessis entrusted Yash Dayal with the ball. The first delivery turned into a full-toss, which MS Dhoni hit for a massive 100-meter six, sending the ball out of the stadium. This required a new, drier ball to be used, giving Dayal a better grip.

Dinesh Karthik reflected on this moment, saying, "The best thing to happen today was Dhoni hitting that six outside the ground (because) we got a new ball, which was much better (drier) to bowl with." This change proved crucial as Dayal dismissed Dhoni on the next ball and restricted CSK to just one run off the final four deliveries, sealing the victory for RCB.

Another version--

Dhoni turned down singles when the match was still alive and hit sixes after the match was over as if to just please the crowd. Some fans may argue that they couldn’t have chased it anyway etc etc but this is cricket dude! The game can change anytime and we have seen that quite often and that’s why we love this sport and Dhoni both.

The more concerning thing is no one discussing this. Imagine if the same was done by any other player?

Do you agree?

"It's Virat's energy, his intent, his hunger to win and to be successful. Today we have seen him actively talking to everybody, even before the game, even in between, even in the timeouts. And we saw it even when there was a delay because of the rain. We could see him talk and we could see him being involved," Rayudu told Star Sports.
