But why Vanraj is jealous of deepu 

 V is jealous because he is worried about losing a loyal caretaker for his parents  

Vanraj is jealous because she is his “bacchon ki Maaaa!” 

It is not forced but actually he is wondering - Aaisa kya hai iss oorat mein ki ek teesra deewana yahan paidaa ho gaya???? 

Vanraj is not jealous, he is just wondering what is cooking between these two.

Actually, there is no jealousy in Vanraj.

He knows Anupama too well. He is just amused and laughing at Yashdeep and actually pitiful for Anuj.
