actually i meant that only  while saving or accident/ falling from hills she suffers miscarriage. i don't think they are bringing pregnancy now. the consummation was just to show the acceptance of sahan for each other. Or may be something major will happen to sahiba. Angad ko to kuch nahi hoga. 

They could have brought memory loss twist of angad rather than plastic surgery, its quite obvious that this won't happen.,

I agree, sahiba will save him last minute. Angad ko kuch nahi hona chahiye.

The only time something happens to Sahiba is when Angad has acted like the worst man ever and he needs to shed crocodile tears for few minutes to tell us he still loves her.

Ab toh Angad is also getting abused. Audience sympathy will be with him. Toh why will something happen to Sahiba. 

Maybe after she rescues he does his typical abuse and then something serious happens to Sahiba for 5 minutes for his redemption.

Baaki toh regular abuse hota rehta hai Sahiba ka. Woh chalta rahega.
