Vikrant got it at Filmfare...I really think, this function had the purpose to give awards to people who also deserved it but didn't get one...

Basically yeh, bollywood is all about everyone getting an award, if they don't get something at one awards event, they'll get it at another, all of this is planned. So whoever didn't get an award at filmfare got an award here.
