These are his terms and conditions from the article. 

. "Ranbir Kapoor on the sets of Sawaariya was a boy and now, he is a superstar. He has put all the terms and conditions of working in the contract to ensure a civil shooting environment," the source told us further. The terms and conditions for the contract are very specific. "Ranbir has asked Sanjay Leela Bhansali to stick to the timelines of the shoot. 

"The other condition is to have fixed working hours. During Sawaariya, RK was subject to erratic work timing, and he doesn't want the episode to repeat again in 2024. The last condition is to ensure proper discipline on the set in all departments."

According to the source, Alia Bhatt also played a key role in sorting out the issues between husband Ranbir Kapoor and mentor Sanjay Leela Bhansali. "She brought them together and asked the two mature individuals to put all the terms and conditions on the face in the meeting."

Let’s hope Bhansali doesn’t have an ego because according to Ranbir’s PR he’s a rude and difficult person.  He’s not punctual or able to follow any proper schedules. And he’s undisciplined and erratic. And then Alia was thrown a bone as well for being the one to arrange this agreement between them.

But Bhansali is all of these things. Kareena walked out of Ram Leela because he randomly tripled the shooting time. Ranbir has openly spoken of being traumatized on Saawariya sets. Priyanka has talked about how he reduced her to tears, and other actors have said similar things.  

Salman also said Bhansali is too aggressive and stuff. Imagine him saying that about someone

If this is true, success really gone to his head already 

He is acting like he is giving SLB some favor. People dream to work with SLB and here is another story. Never heard complains from Srk, deepika, sonam or ranveer.
