I haven't been through the whole list so writing only big names 

1 Anirudh Ravichandran wasn't even nominated for Jawan 

This man is a superstar in his own right where superstars like Rajnikanth credit him for success of his movies and his Bollywood debut didn't even receive a nomination

2 Nayanthara not nominated 

3 Ruben was editor of Jawan, not sure if he was nominated or not

4 Atlee Kumar was nominated in Best Director but didn't win 

5 Sandeep Vanga

Who else?
