Before the voting began, the banners were displayed for inspection for 24 hrs.

Changes have been made accordingly if there were discrepancies.

Any discrepancies arising after this voting round begins will not be considered. 

Now, without further ado, let’s proceed with the voting round and the voting rules.

  Participants are NOT allowed to advertise their own entries. Entries will be disqualified if found otherwise.
