Because ours labels want mediocre musical talents
The fact that our reality shows have been churning top level singers for so many years and we are still stuck listening to drabs is so sad!

Why don't these labels give chance to reality show singers.
Arijit Singh n jubin nautiyal turned out to be great.

They are giving chances na...to versions of Atif Aslam.
The others, even not the winners, are so much better than the ones singing mainstream music these days.

I recently saw Zubin's interview on a news channel. It was a public event where the host would frequently request Zubin to sing some of his songs. One thing I noted was that Zubin has a very beautiful voice & style of singing but he would occasionally go off sur at some points. Ofcource He would immediately correct it or stop at that point but I never noticed the likes of Shreya Sonu udit etc go off sur even in live singing without music.
There is so much talent, but who wants that?
Mohammad Irfan and Varun Jain
Sonu Nigam was asked about mediocre singers/rappers success he said everyone is God's child if anyone medicore gets success he is been blessed by almighty who am i to question it , how can we question anyone success ...

While I somewhat agree with what he said, but he is not considering the result that follows. The quality of anything and everything is going down the drains in Bollywood. Audience have nothing good to enjoy, so they are compromising with whatever is available. Industry is trying to paint this compromise as grand success and comes up with something even worse and unimaginable.
Asees kaur new interview said its very serious issue in bollywood that one song is recorded with multiple singers and till last moment no one knows whos version would get released, it make me feel sad one i sang the song with all my heart and it didnt get a release
