I actually don't have enough information on this, AFAIK she had a public break up with Prabhu Deva and media/fans were horrible to her

Also, her video clip sounded very rehearsed and bored. Like she did shah a favour by doing the film and stuff. Doesn't help that her character in the film never smiles and is always one note - tough.
