Manmarziyaan(The Heart's Wish) Part 1

I dedicate this SS to TiffanyVaychilingum who wants a BALH2 story where Jennifer Winget is the sister of Pihu and Prachi and Barun Sobti is opposite Jennifer.

 It was Ram Kapoor's birthday.

Priya embraced him and pecked his cheek.

Priya:Happy birthday Mr.Kapoor.

Ram smiled.

Ram's brother Lakhan and Monica went near Ram and Priya.

Lakhan:Happy birthday Ram bhai.

Ram:Thank you bro.

He smiled.

Monica:Happy birthday Ram bhai.

Ram:Thank you.

Ram's best friends Aditya,Brinda,their son Angad came.

Aditya:All are saying Happy birthday to you.So we are not saying that to you.It's boring.So we will ...

Aditya,Brinda and Angad hugged him.

Aditya:We will hug you.

They all giggled.

Ram's daughters Prachi and Pihu wished Ram and hugged him.

Ram:Where is Namita?

Priya:Yes.Where is she?She must be stuck at the modelling photoshoot.Oh!

Suddenly they heard someone singing.They were surprised to see Namita singing.

They became very happy.

Namita,Pihu and Prachi started dancing together for Ram.

After that they hugged Ram and Priya.

The whole family cut the cake together and fed each other.

Monica looked at them with a sad face.

Lakhan:What happened my so called ex-wife?Are you feeling jealous?

Monica:Anyone in my place will feel jealous.What's wrong in that?

Lakhan:If everything was fine between us,we would not have faced this situation helplessly.We ourselves are responsible for our condition.Some mistakes can't be corrected always.It's too late.

Monica became very upset.

Aditya and Brinda talked to their son Angad.

Brinda:As you know...Ram and Priya would like to make you their son in law.

Aditya:Angad...though Ram and Priya are our best friends and Pihu is our darling we will not force you to marry Pihu.Because it's marriage and you should take a decision.After all you are the one who is going to get married.

Angad:I really thought a lot and I am ready to marry Pihu.

Brinda:Are you sure Angad?You know everything about Pihu.Still you are willing to marry Pihu?

Angad:Yes mom.I am ready to marry Pihu.

Adi:Ok. I will inform Ram and Priya.

Adi rang up Ram and Priya.

Ram:Adi...did you talk to Angad?

Aditya:Yes.He is ready to marry Pihu.

Ram and Priya became very happy.

Ram:Really?

Brinda took the phone and said:Yes Ram.Angad is really excited also.

Angad who was standing near by smiled.

Ram:You guys gave me the happiest news.

Suddenly Ram noticed Pihu overhearing it.Ram cut the call and went near Pihu.

Ram:Pihu...you are getting the best person as your husband.

Pihu smiled slightly.

Namita wore a grand saree and jewellery with the help of her beautician for the Ad shoot.

The Ad director Sumeet reached there.He was mesmerized by her beauty.

Sumeet:Miss Namita...this is Kalyans Ad.The speciality of Kalyans is they have clothes showroom as well as a jewellery showroom.So this Ad will highlight both your saree and jewellery.

Namita smiled:Yes...I know Sir.

Namita posed for the Ad according to Sumeet's instructions.

After the shoot got over Sumeet appreciated Namita.

Sumeet:Well done Namita..you have done a great job.You will be the busiest model after this Ad releases.

Namita smiled:Thank you Sir.

Sumeet moved closer to her ear and whispered:You look gorgeous.

Namita was stunned by his action.

Sumeet smiled at her and went out.

Namita blushed.

Pihu met Angad.

Pihu:Thank you Angad for coming and meeting me.

Angad:You called me to come and meet you.Can I refuse you?

Pihu smiled.

Angad:But why did you call me?What do you want to talk to me?

Pihu:I felt that I hurt my parents a lot. That's why i decided to agree for an arranged marriage Because they deserve happiness.But I am surprised that you are ready to marry me.Did adi uncle and Brinda aunty force you to marry me for the sake of their friendship?

Angad:Not at all.They did not force me.They gave me full freedom to take a decision.

Pihu:So you are willing to marry me even after knowing my bitter secret?

Angad:Yes Pihu.

Pihu:But why?Everyone wants a normal wife.Then why me?

Angad looked at her deeply and said:Because I love you...I had been loving you since childhood.

Pihu was stunned.

Pihu:What?

Angad:Yes.I thought you also love me.Later I realised that you consider me only as a friend.So I kept quiet.But surprisingly Ram uncle brought your alliance to me.

Pihu:I never knew about your feelings.But I am lucky that there is someone who loves me with my defect.

Angad:The so called defect of you can be removed if you are willing.

Pihu replied painfully:But it's not that easy Angad.

Angad became upset.

He thought:But I will try Pihu.

Prachi and Raghav want to an icecream parlour.

Prachi:Raghav...I want Pista icecream.

Raghav:Ok. 

Raghav ordered pista icecream for Prachi.

After sometime the waiter brought pista scoop for Prachi.But her face became dull.

Raghav:Why are you not happy Prachi?Your favourite icecream is brought.

Prachi:But now I don't feel like having pista.I feel like having strawberry icecream. 

Raghav:What?But within a few minutes how did your liking change?

Prachi:I don't know.I am like this.Sometimes when I go for a particular movie,suddenly I feel like watching another movie and go to another theatre.

Raghav was stunned.

Raghav:Strange!But if you don't have pista now it will get wasted.

Prachi:No Raghav.You have pista and I will have strawberry. Problem solved.

Raghav nodded with a dull face.

He struggled hard to have pista along with the icecream he ordered. 

Raghav dropped Prachi home.Prachi went to her room bidding him good bye.Suddenly Ram and Priya saw Raghav and went near him. 

Ram-Priya:Hi Raghav!

Raghav:Hi uncle..aunty!

Ram:How was the icecream date with Prachi?

Raghav remembered the icecream date and became dull.

He faked a smile and said:It was nice.

Ram:Very good.

Priya:By the way Raghav...you are going to have an arranged marriage with Prachi.So you don't  know her well.So I am telling you.Sometimes seeing Prachi's behaviour you may wonder whether she is our daughter.

Raghav was stunned.

Raghav:What?

Ram:Don't worry.Prachi is our daughter.

Priya:I only gave birth to her.

Ram:But character wise she doesn't appear to be our daughter.

Priya:Unfortunately ya...

Raghav said in his mind:True.From the date itself I understood that Prachi is not simple like her parents.

Priya:Prachi is the youngest daughter.So she was pampered a lot.That's why.

Ram:But trust me.She is good at heart.

Raghav smiled:That's true.Prachi is definitely good at heart.I have understood her atleast this much.

Ram and Priya smiled with relief.

Priya and Ram went near Namita.

Ram:Nami...we want to talk to you.

Namita:Say papa.

Ram:You are the eldest daughter of the family.But still you are not settled down and your younger sisters are going to get married.

Priya:Are you ready for marriage?

Ram:We will find a nice guy and along with your sisters we will get you married.

Namita became dull.

Namita:Papa...I told you that I want to be a top model.Only after that I will get married.Let my younger sisters get married first.I have no problem.

Priya:We are sure that very soon you will be a top model.But after that...?

Ram:I will find a nice boy for you and you should not resist?

Namita:Ok papa.

Ram and Priya smiled.

Sumeet went to a coffee shop.There he was surprised to see Namita.

Sumeet:Miss.Namita...

Namita looked at him with a surprise.

Namita:Sir!

Sumeet:May I sit near you?

Namita:Yes sure Sir.

Sumeet:Those who saw the preview of our Ad are saying good things about it.I am sure that people are going to love the Ad and you.

She became happy.

Namita:But why are you so sure that people will like me also in the Ad?

Sumeet:Because Miss.Namita..you are looking extremely beautiful in that Ad.

Namita blushed.

Namita:But Sir...can you please stop calling me Miss.Namita?Please call me just Namita.I feel weird when you call me Miss.Namita always.

Sumeet:Agreed.Then please stop calling me Sir.Call me by my name.

Namita did not expect it.

Namita:How can I call you by your name?

Sumeet:I am not your Boss.I am a young director.When you call me Sir I feel old.

Namita giggled.He was lost in her beautiful laughter.

Namita:Ok Sumeet.. I won't call you Sir.

Sumeet:You look very sweet when you smile.So keep on smiling like this.

Namita smiled.

The birthday celebration seemed like a family get-together. Angad agreed to marry Pihu despite her problems. I wonder what problem she has.

The icecream date between Prachi and Raghav seemed romantic but Prachi changed her taste and asked for another flavor. 

Sumeet praises for Namita and the latter's blushes are cute. It seems that Ram and Priya are forcing Namita to marry.

Namita telling Sumeet that he should only call her Namita and the latter telling her not to call him Sir was cute. I guess Namita already has a match

The kapoor family is celebrating but Monica is upset seeing their happiness.

What is the matter with Pihu? Why do they think someone would not want to marry her? But Angad has always liked her and is accepting.

The parents are concerned about Namita, but looks like she has run into someone on her own.

Namita's friend Indira requested her to accompany her to go to the football match.So Namita went there.There she was surprised to see Sumeet playing football.

Namita:Sumeet sir plays football also?

Indira:You know Sumeet?

Namita:Yes,he was the director of the few Ads I have done.

Indira:That's surprising.

Suddenly Sumeet saw Namita there and got surprised.Namita showed him thumbs up.He smiled and became more energetic and her gesture gave him the encouragement to play well.

Sumeet focused on playing football and Namita watched it with curiosity.

Sumeet's team won the trophy.Unknowingly Namita clapped hands happily.Sumeet saw it and smiled at her.She became shy as Sumeet saw her clapping hands.

Namita went near Sumeet while Indira was taking selfies with the other football team members.

Namita:Congrats.I did'nt know that you play football.

Sumeet:Thank you.I did'nt know that you are a football lover too.

Namita:Actually I am not a football lover.

Sumeet:Then how come you are here?

Namita:I just accompanied my friend.Though I don't know the ABCD of football for the first time I enjoyed a football match because of you.

Sumeet smiled.They shared a sweet eye lock.

Angad-Pihu and Raghav-Prachi were rehearsing for the Sangeet function.

Angad stopped dancing suddenly.

Angad:Oh...it's so tiring.Can't we dance without rehearsals.

Pihu smiled:Why?You are so lazy to practice dance Angad.

Angad:We are not professional dancers.So we don't need to be perfect in dancing.Then why this rehearsal?

Pihu:Don't give stupud excuse Angad.Wedding happens only once.So let it be the best.Our dance should also be the best.

Angad smiled:Ok.Your wish.

Pihu smiled.

They resumed their dance practice.

Namita came with tea.

Namita:You guys maybe tired.Have tea and relax.

Prachi:Thank you Nami di.I was longing for this.

Pihu did not take tea.

Prachi:Pihu di...why are you not drinking tea?Have it.

Pihu:No P. During the practice if I drink it will be hard for me to dance.

Prachi:Ok.

Suddenly Pihu and Prachi held her hands.

Namita:Me and dance?I struggled hard to dance at papa's birthday party.Again dancing is tough for me.

Namita:What?

Sumeet said looking at Pihu and Prachi:Your sisters are very beautiful.

Namita got irritated:Are you admiring my sisters' beauty?They are married.Have some shame.

Sumeet giggled.

Sumeet:Did you become jealous?

Namita:No.Why should I be jealous?

Sumeet:To be frank you are not looking less than a bride.You are looking gorgeous.

Namita blushed.Sumeet smiled.

The newly married couples posed with others for photographs.

Aditya's friend Purab's wife Aliya told him:This marriage won't last long.

Purab was shocked.

Purab:On their wedding day itself why are you making such horrible predictions?

Aliya:Be practical.We know how Pihu is.No sane person can tolerate such a wife for a long time.So it will end up in divorce.But I should get this divorce case.I should be their lawyer.This case should not go to any other lawyer.

Purab:You have many cases already and already you separated many couples.Why you need another divorce case also?For a case you want to spoil our Angad's life?

Aliya:You are talking as if I spoiled their marriage for me to get a divorce case.I don't need to do anything to separate them.They will automatically get separated.

Purab became upset.

 Wedding night....

Angad was excited to see Pihu in the bedroom.

Angad thought:Pihu maybe wearing a grand traditional wear and waiting for me.

Angad entered their room in excitement. The room was decorated with lit candles.

He saw Pihu in a modern dress opposite to his expectation. 

Angad smiled thinking:What did I expect like a stupid?She is Pihu.She is different.She looks so cute now.She looks more beautiful in western clothes. 

Angad:You are looking very cute in this outfit Pihu.

Pihu smiled:Thank you Angad.Finally you came to our room.

He smiled.

Pihu:Brinda mom gave me milk to share with you and drink.

Angad smiled.

Pihu:But as you know I can't drink milk at night.You know what I drink at night.Right?

Angad became dull.

Pihu took a bottle of alcohol and started pouring it to the glass.

Angad was shocked.

Angad:No Pihu.Please don't drink this now.

Pihu was stunned.

Pihu:Why are you talking like this Angad?You married me after knowing my biggest secret that I am an alcoholic.Then why are you trying to change me overnight?

Angad:I did not mean it Pihu.Tonight is our wedding night.Atleast on our wedding night please don't drink liquour Pihu.

Pihu became dull.

Pihu:I understand Angad.But I can't avoid drinks even if I want to.I am addicted to drinks.It's a bad habit which I got when I was doing higher education in London.I regret drinking for fun which turned into a serious habit.But now I can't obey you Angad.Please forgive me.

Angad became upset.He did not know what to say.

Pihu was drinking and Angad looked at her helplessly.

Because of over drinking Pihu slept off.

Angad:I never thought that my first night would become a boring night.

He yawned and slept off.

Prachi told Raghav:Raghav...usually people spend their first night in the bedroom.It's repetitive and boring.Why don't we spend our first night outside?It will be really fun.

Raghav was stunned:What are you saying Prachi?Are you mad?

Prachi:My ideas are different.So people find me mad.But trust me.You will not regret it.

Raghav was hesitant to obey Prachi.

Prachi:Please Raghav...

Raghav:Ok.

She smiled.

Raghav and Prachi were walking along the road.

There was cool breeze.Both felt nice.

Prachi:Raghav,are you enjoying the night walk with me?

Raghav smiled.

Raghav:You proved that even a simple walk with you can be romantic.

She smiled.

It started raining.

Prachi:Wow...rain...

Prachi started enjoying in the rain.

Raghav opened the umbrella.

Raghav:Prachi...stand under the umbrella.

Prachi:No Raghav...I want to enjoy the rain.

He smiled.

Raghav murmured with a smile: She is mad and cute.

Prachi snatched his umbrella and threw it away.

Raghav:Prachi...what did you do?

Prachi:You also enjoy the rain.

Raghav smiled.

After some time they went back home and changed their wet clothes.

Prachi:Thank you so much Raghav for letting me enjoy.

She embraced him.

He was stunned and felt a strange sensation as it was his first hug.

Slowly he smiled happily.

He embraced her back.

They got immersed in romance.

While Sumeet was driving the car,a man came in front of the car purposefully and Sumeet took a sudden break.Suddenly the man fell down purposefully hitting his elbow on the road.He started shedding fake tears.

Man:This guy hit me with his car.

Sumeet who was shocked got out of the car and said:Why are you lying?

Man:I am saying the truth.You have to give me compensation.You have to give me money for the hospital expense.

The others on the road surrounded him and asked:What happened?

Man:This guy was driving his car carelessly and hit me.Because of my luck I have only minor injuries.

Another guy:Hey...you caused his accident.You should give him the hospital expense.

The others too supported him.

Sumeet:What?Trust me...I did'nt do any accident.He is doing a drama to extract money from me.

Others:Don't lie liar.

Sumeet became sad and irritated.

He thought:He is such a big fraud.He is trapping innocent people to make money.

Suddenly from the crowd Namita came and said:He is saying the truth.I was witnessing the whole incident.He is innocent.He was driving his car normally.This guy ran towards the car from the other side.

Sumeet became happy as Namita supported him.

One person:Good that you witnessed what actually happened.There are some people who create such incidents for money shamelessly.

They pulled that guy's collar saying:You were fooling us.

Sumeet and Namita moved away from them.

Sumeet:Thank you so much Namita.You saved me from a horrible situation.

Namita:No need of thanking me.I stood with the truth.

They smiled at each other.

Sumeet was thinking of Namita and smiling at home.His mother Parvati came near him.

Parvati:My friend Lalita's daughter eloped with her lover.She is very upset.These people do not think of their parents while eloping.Will you also elope Sumeet?

Sumeet:Don't worry mom.I will never elope to get married.Because I know that you will accept the girl I love.

Parvati smiled.

Parvati:So you love someone?

Sumeet blushed.

Parvati was surprised:So you are really in love?Who is she?

Sumeet:She is Namita Kapoor.

Parvati was surprised again.

Parvati:Namita is the one who appears in Ads.Right?

Sumeet:Yes.

Parvati:Her latest Kalyans Ad with you was fantastic.She looked like a Princess in it.

Sumeet smiled.

Bonding between Indira and Namita was cute. Namita's thumbs up and Sumeet's smile was romantic. The entire Sumeet-Namita dialogues were romantic. Namita's blushes and gestures seems that she loves Sumeet. The nok jhok of Angad and Pihu was cute.The marriage sequences of Angad-Pihu, Raghav-Prachi is romantic. Sad that Pihu and Angad could not have quality time after marriage as Pihu is an alcoholic. Raghav-Prachi moments were romantic. Nice to see Namita standing fot Sumeet when he was accused of causing an accident. Sumeet-Parvati conversation about marriage was good. Glad that Sumeet told about Namita and Parvati accepted.
