I am dedicating this FS to my dearest friend Shesha who wanted me to write a YHC story and cast Ayush Anand and Ashi Singh as the grown up Saransh and Ruhi.Again I dedicate this FS to him because like he suggested I have shown Saransh as a struggling businessman who gets help from his love interest.Thank you Shesha for giving me many Ayush Anand-Ashi Singh and Vidhaan Sharma combination pictures.I will be using them through out the story.
A wedding function was going on...
Rudraksh Preesha and their little son Saransh were dancing.
They enjoyed a lot.
Saransh:I miss Ruhi.
Rudraksh:We all miss her.
Preesha:Ruhi must be enjoying like us with her friends now.She has gone for picnic from her school.
They smiled.
Suddenly a cute little girl arrived giving a flying kiss to them.
She:I also missed you.
They were surprised as it was Ruhi.
They smiled in surprise:Ruhi!
They hugged her.
Preesha:How come you are here Ruhi?
Ruhi:Rishab uncle and Preeta aunty dropped me here.
They were surprised.Rishab and Preeta came from behind.
Rishab:Ruhi beta...are you happy now?
Ruhi smiled nodding her head.
Preeta:Ruhi wanted to surprise you all by making a sudden entry.So we brought her here.
Preesha:Thank you so much Preeta.
Preeta:I am Ruhi's school teacher also.So I should do atleast this much for her.Being your close friend I should surprise you also as I know you were waiting eagerly for Ruhi to return.
Preesha smiled and hugged Preeta.
Saransh:Ruhi..I was sad that I could'nt play with you last few days.I am happy that you are back.Let us play together Ruhi.
Ruhi:Me too bhai.I want to play with you.
They both started playing together.
After reaching home...
Ruhi:Mumma...give me a kiss...I missed your kiss.
Preesha smiled.They kissed each other.
Rudraksh:You want only mumma's kiss?
Ruhi:Oh papa...
Ruhi kissed Rudraksh's cheek.He kissed her back.
All of them were on the bed.
Ruhi:The last few days I could not sleep.Because you were not there to sing lullaby for me.
Preesha:Don't worry Ruhi.I will sing for you.
Preesha started singing.
Rudraksh:Oh no...Preesha is such a horrible singer.I wonder how Ruhi tolerates her song.
Ruhi fell asleep.
Rudraksh:Ruhi slept as she got bored of Preesha singing.
Preesha frowned while Saransh laughed.
Preesha:Though you are a rock star she prefers my lullaby.
Rudraksh:That's because all the kids enjoy their mothers' lullabies more,not because you sing well.
Preesha got irritated.
Rudraksh:I myself feel like sleeping hearing you sing.
Rudraksh closed his eyes.Saransh giggled.
Saransh hugged Rudraksh and slept.
Preesha smiled.
The next day before going to school Rudraksh tied Ruhi's hair.
All were shocked to see her hair plats as they looked like animal horns.
Preesha and Saransh chuckled seeing it.
Saransh:Mumma...Ruhi's hairstyle looks so funny.
Preesha:How have you tied Ruhi's hair Rudra?
Rudraksh felt embarrassed.
Ruhi:Oh Papa!I am your daughter,not any animal's daughter to give me this hairstyle.
Rudraksh felt ashamed.
Rudraksh:Sorry Ruhi...
They all laughed.
Saransh untied her hair and tied it properly.
Rudraksh was surprised.
Rudraksh:Saransh...you tied Ruhi's hair better than me.
Saransh:Because Ruhi is my little sister and I know what hair style suits her.
Ruhi:Bhai knows what's the best for me.
Saransh and Ruhi hugged each other.Rudraksh and Preesha smiled seeing their bond.
Saransh was confused what to wear for the diwali party.He was looking at the wardrobe with confusion.
Ruhi:What happened bhai?
Saransh:I can't understand which shirt to wear for the party.
Ruhi:When I am here why should you worry Bhai?
Ruhi picked up a shirt and said:This will suit you.
Saransh smiled.
Ruhi made him wear the shirt.
Ruhi:You look cool bhai.
Saransh smiled:Thank you Ruhi.
The Diwali party was going on in Rishab Preeta's house.Rudraksh and family went to attend it.
Ruhi:I want to sit with Rishab uncle and Preeta aunty.
Rishab:Come bacha..sit with us.
Ruhi sat with Rishab and Preeta.
Rishab and Preeta's daughter Kavya felt jealous and irritated.
Preeta:Kavya...come..
Kavya:No,I will sit with Preesha aunty and Rudraksh uncle.
Preesha:Yes...let Kavya sit with us.
Rudraksh:Come..sit with us Kavya.
They all smiled.
At night...
Kavya was sitting alone.Rishab and Preeta went and sat near her.
Rishab:What happened to my Kavya?Not talking at all.
Kavya:I am katti with both of you.
Preeta:Why Kavya?
Kavya:Because at the party you both were after Ruhi,you were not minding me.
Rishab:Such a silly thing.Ruhi is your friend.So what's the problem?Anyways you are our favourite.
Kavya:But I can't share my daddu and mumma with anyone.
Rishab and Preeta felt like laughing.
They started tickling Kavya and Kavya started laughing.
Preeta:Our Kavya laughed.
Kavya smiled and the trio hugged each other.
Rishab:Let us plan a family picnic for our Kavya.
Preeta:Yes.
Kavya got excited:Really?
Rishab:Yes.
Kavya:Wow!
Kavya hugged them.
Rishab and Preeta went for a picnic with Kavya.They enjoyed a lot
Ruhi told Preesha:Mumma....brides look so pretty.I want to dress up as a bride.
Preesha laughed:For that you have to grow big Ruhi.
Ruhi:No.I want to dress up now.
Preesha:Ok nautanki.
Preesha draped a grand saree for Ruhi.
Ruhi was excited:Mumma...am I looking pretty?
Preesha:Yes Ruhi.You look very beautiful.
Ruhi:But I want a bride groom too.
Preesha laughed.
Saransh:Ruhi...when you grow up I will find a bride groom for you.
Ruhi hugged him and said:Thank you bhai.
Preesha giggled.
After 18 years....
A young girl was sleeping.Preeta entered her room.
Preeta:Kavya...wake up...it's getting late.Don't you want to go to your office?
Kavya woke up from the bed with a sweet smile.
Kavya:You look so pretty mumma and I am sure that today will be a nice day as I saw your face as soon as opened my eyes.
Preeta smiled.Kavya hugged Preeta.
Preeta:Take bath and get ready fast.I have made breakfast.
Kavya:Ok mumma...
Preesha served breakfast to all the family members.
Preesha:I will bring juice for you Ruhi.
Ruhi:No mumma...only Saransh bhai know how to make the juice according to my taste.So you don't make.
Preesha:You like only your brother.
Everyone laughed.
Saransh brought juice for Ruhi.
Saransh:Here is your juice Ruhi.
Ruhi tasted her juice and smiled.
Ruhi:Thank you bhai.You are the best.
Saransh smiled.
Ruhi:My future bhabhi is lucky to have you as her life partner.
Saransh blushed.
Kavya entered there.
Kavya:Hi guys...
Ruhi:Hi Kavya...
Kavya:Hi Ruhi...
Preesha:Did you have breakfast?Shall I serve?
Kavya:No thanks aunty.I had my breakfast.I just came to see all of you.Where is Arjun?
Rudraksh noticed that Kavya was shy.
Rudraksh:Why you blush when you ask about Arjun?
Kavya felt embarrassed.
Preesha smiled shyly.
Preesha thought:Kavya should not have special affection towards Arjun.
Preesha:Kavya....Arjun is not here.He has gone for a meeting.
Kavya became dull.
Kavya:So early...
Preesha:Ya...he is workholic.So...
Kavya was disappointed.
Kavya:Ok then I am going as I have to reach the office on time.Bye.
They bid her good bye.
Rudraksh:Saransh..After having break fast come to my room.I want to talk to you.
Saransh:Yes papa.
After some time...
Rudraksh told Saransh:Look at Arjun.How hardworking he us!He is successful in his own way now.But you are still into undergarments business.All my relatives and friends are teasing me.
Saransh felt sad.He stared at Rudraksh painfully.
Ruhi felt sad and requested Rudraksh:Papa..please stop it.
Preesha:Rudra...why are you considering Saransh's business as an embarrassment?Undergarments are essential for us.Can you think of wearing bo undergarments?Then why this hypocrisy?
Rudraksh felt embarrassed.
Rudraksh:When others are making fun of this business i felt bad.
Preesha:Don't mind it.
Rudraksh:Let him do this business.But is it giving him any profit?
Saransh and others felt sad.Rudraksh walked away.Preesha followed him.
Ruhi became sad for Saransh.
Ruhi:Sorry bhai.I only suggested you Undergarments business.But....
Saransh:Don't blame yourself Ruhi.You suggested it for my betterment. It's my bad luck that whatever business I do is becoming a flop.
Ruhi became sad.
Ruhi:One day you will become successful bhai.Mark my words.I have full faith in you.
Saransh smiled slightly.
Lunch break in the office...
Kavya's colleague Mohan went near Kavya:Kavya...I want to talk to you.
Kavya thought:Oh ho...from his body language I can understand that he is interested in me.I think he is going to confess it to me.How can I avoid it?
Mohan:Here everyone gossips about my special affection for you.So I am sure that you are also aware of it.But you have not responded to it yet.But I would like to know about it from you.
Kavya thought:Should I tell him about Arjun?But I am not sure about Arjun's feelings for me.Then how can I disclose it to him.Should I simply reject his proposal?
Kavya stammered:Actually Mo...Mohan....
Mohan:Kavya...I think you are confused about it.I don't blame you as this is the most important decision of your life.So take your own time.I will remind you later.
He smiled.
Kavya was relieved.
Kavya thought:Now I escaped from him.But later I will have to be courageous enough to reject me.But Mohan is so sweet that I am finding it difficult to hurt him.
Saransh went for his school reunion function.His face blossomed seeing someone.That person smiled at him.

By lullaby scene, I remembered an old episode wherePreesha sang making Saransh Rudra laugh. I loved the introduction. Surprised to Preeta with Rishabh. But I am happy as I like RishTa. Rudraksh-Ruhi hair tying scene was hilarious. The pic was so cute. I liked how Rudraksh tasted his own medicine after teasing Preesha's voice. Nice to see Preeta as a teacher. It reminded me of Pragya being a professor. Ruhi selecting dress for Saaransh is cute. Ruhi wishing to wear bridal costume was cute.
Surprising that Shagun is the grown-up Kavya. Happy to see Jay as well. I liked Jay-Shagun pairing in SGP2. Why didn't you add the pic of Arjun? Pravisht is playing Arjun, right? So Kavya is after Arjun but she is not sure of Arjun's feelings. Mohan and Kavya's interaction was very nice. Sad that Saaransh's undergarments business isn't running well. I'm glad Ruhi and Preesha are supportive for Saaransh. I liked Saaransh's answer to Rudraksh when he confronted his business.
