the way gardar 2 ran in India !! I think it should not be compared to movies without clashes and trade when they do verdicts keep it in mind and in this case even put into omg2  earnings because this movie would have earned that without the clash. 

Interesting article. Gadar2 emerging to be the most profitable Indian movie of modern times. 🙌

Despite not having read the Pinkvilla article, I'm sure that economically seen and strictement limited to India, Gadar 2 is - till date - the most profitable movie although it has neither a pan-Indian nor much overseas appeal.

I don't have an opinion about the quality of the movie as I haven't watched it, but I know that it forged ahead first and foremost because of nostalgia. But, hey, it brought people back to the theatres regardless the quality!
