Lol, it seemed like the ML was involved in some minor thrashing or something in the beginning of the promo right after he started playing the music in the car lol. 😂 Just a mere observation unless his role requires that red mark on his mouth or something. lol 😂 

Coming to the teaser, so it seems like either loosely based on Anjaana Anjaani or could be something else but lets see how the episodes and other promos come out. 

My guess is that they are a happy couple (maybe newly married on their honeymoon?) where he has an accident and loses his memory
