Vikram - Was shooting the Tamil movie Samurai near our boarding school, and my entire batch went to see the shooting. This was before his stardom, I was 10 or 11 at that time, and we mostly know him from the Malayalam movies he did in the '90s. We gathered around him; He was so considerate and engaging with the kids while sitting on the bamboo bench in the white kurta from the below song (which was shot in our place and at Athirappally waterfall?). He gave autographs to everyone. I got it on my Maths book back page, and someone stole that later. 🥱 My no-filter tongue got the better of me, I told him that he looks good in person than in movies, and he laughed. 😃
There was Anitha Hassanandani, who was the female lead of the movie; She Went inside the house after their shot and didn't come out at all.
Randhir Kapoor. Never wanted to meet him, but kya karein, kismat hi kharab hai.

Simi Garewal - met her on a walk while I was on holiday in London
Hritik Roshan, Suzanne and Rakesh Roshan - while they were shooting Krrish in Singapore. Specifically spoke to Hritik while we were both in Starbucks and managed to have a 10 min convo with him about films and life in general
Priyanka Chopra - met her while she was shooting for Pyaar Impossible in Singapore. I was randomly passing by and I noticed her shooting. I remember waiting till pack up and ran past the guards to get her autograph. She was really sweet, and pulled my cheeks calling me cute.
Uday Chopra - can't remember where I met him but I have his autograph and he spelled my name wrongly😆
Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu - my dad used to hang out with them in the 80s so one day they came to my house in the 90s for dinner
A few famous Bengali actors at a film party on my first trip to India - I honestly can't remember the names, need to go dig for the pics
Shahrukh and Juhi - at a stage show in the US.. sometime in the 90s. I went backstage to meet them and hung out with them for a few while. There were a few other actors as well but I can't remember that clearly because I was young and sleepy😆
Aishwarya Rai - saw her at an airport in 1997 I think and I remember thinking she's so damn pretty (but had little idea on who she was) and then Taal came out, and I was like SHIT😆
Ji Chang Wook - in a mall; randomly bumped into him
There are a few others I saw in the 90s but I seriously can't remember as I've never been star struck
Aishwarya Rai. I was taking a transit bus from one terminal to another in London Heathrow. After settling down in my seat I casually looked around lo and behold she was sitting right behind me. It would be an understatement to say I was bedazzled. I didn’t attempt to talk to her or anything but I smiled at her and she smiled back at me. She is million times more beautiful in real and has such a tremendous aura around her.
I think your sister will tell you things more openly… I have friends from that college because my best friend was a student at the same institutionOriginally posted by: Mallika-E-Bhais
And I’ve friends from LSR including my sister who studied there too, who said that she’s always been like this. She’s way worse now, but she’s always been like this.
OMG! You have been to a film festival??? What is it like??Originally posted by: Alpenliebe
I can't mingle with people properly as I have anxiety, celebs to door ki baat hai. And the things I read online about their snootiness repels me further. I have few encounters though and just one full fledged meet.
Kristen Stewart - met her during 2019 Venice film fest. Got her autograph. My Italian friend was like Oh she came all way from India to meet you! She came and sweetly asked you came for fest or work and cat got my tongue. My friend was like she is anxious! And she was like "Oh ask me.... But you will get it through slowly " and went. One of the best and memorable day of my life.
There only met Adam Driver and Laura Dern. Both were cool and driver especially really sigh.
Timothee Chalamet, 2017, Crema. Nice guy. Though I didn't know him at that time. Just thought a beautiful boy helped us. I came to know after call me by your name released and recalled that beautiful boy is the lead actor of that movie who was probably shooting there.
Yesteryear's actor Mehmood. My father was a big fan. Saw him in Mysore. I was around 10 or so at that time. He was on wheel chair escorted by his son probably. He was politely talking with my father and put his hand on mine and my brother's head.
Saw Priyanka Chopra in Mumbai airport. She was cool. Smiled and waved.
Karan Singh Grover was wandering in airport, looking here and there as if asking people hey come and get my autograph! I am a celebrity!
Saw Shahid Kapoor in airport. He was really chilled with fans.
Saw Rajinikanth and believe me he is one of the most down to earth Indian celeb I ever met. My husband is a big fan. He tried to mouth one of Rajni sir's dailoue in Tamil . He laughed and said tera Tamil is mera Hindi 😂 though he has fair command over Hindi language
And
KSG 😂😂😂
yaar… why don’t I get to meet people like this? One of my cousins keeps bumping into Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, to the point that my niece has even had a play date with Taimur 😆Originally posted by: 1t1svat1t1s
