Hero bhi nepo, director bhi nepo.

They all hope to recreate MPK where hero and director both were nepo kids.

Deol guy looks like TV actor material.

It's not about looks and voice, it's about expression. He only has 1-2. How will he express on screen (which is much harder) as he doesn't express much in real life.

Sunny Deol is quite interesting. Dharmendra was the 2nd biggest star of all time in Indian history. While he kept no PR, so a lot of his fame faded, the fame was quite strong in the 80s. The fact that it actually translated to Sunny is rare, and probably because his films were hits.

Obviously Amitabh was Number 1 with a big gap, and was still acting so it was very difficult for Abhishek. However it is true that Abhishek was not considered attractive, nor was his personality the same as his father's which did hit him more than his acting skills comparatively.

Rajendra Kumar (big star)'s son Kumar Gaurav managed to coast off one hit through his father's fame, but couldn't sustain and so faded quite quickly.

Sanjay Dutt being Nargis's son was a huge deal, along with his personality, but then later being Sunil's son saved that.

Dharmendra and Poonam and Soorajs grand pa all came into Bollywood. Gained some success and spread it for the family. Why arenā€™t they giving it to virtual strangers šŸ˜† no ethics alas šŸ˜†

One thing Sunny did that his dad didnā€™t was win the filmfare best actor award. I donā€™t know if that has much value lol

The only shot this movie has is if its songs are massive hits. That might garner enough attention for its opening.

Mithun Chakrabortyā€™s second son had a movie release a couple of weeks ago and nothing šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø. None of these guys are part of the upper cliques in the hierarchy of Bollywood nepo babies.

That is because the competition was huge at the earlier times. But Sunny was still a top star if not superstar for his era.
