Yes World Music is for everything non-Indian but not in English. For English we have other threads. If you read the description on Page 1 it's clear

  Punjabi songs/ Bhangra can go in non-film music.

If they are from Punjabi films, post them in Regional film music.

Pakistani OSTs can go in World music.
