From the recent posts, my understanding is that the first leap had low trps so they brought on Abhinav as a third protagonist. But wasn't the reason for low trps the poor execution of that leap? It was a fun concept. They just made some incredible leaps of logic and wanted people to tag along and agree. And I loved Ak being the mover of that track and taking action, even if a lot of it didn't go her way. I just wish the track was done differently.
Ak could have tried to contact Abhi and failed due to various reasons. Abhi could have actually never given up on Ak and traveled around a lot, in some way looking for her but also not actively looking cause he was worried about what to do once he finds her. Abhi could have shown just a little concern during their first meeting. He should not have initiated the divorce, and Ak should def not have signed it. I didn't understand how two people who have worked that hard to be together could just give up on each other so quickly. It was uncharacteristic. Abhi could have still had the same dilemma of caring for his family or Ak and chosen his family. They could have shown both of them understanding each other's trauma and making amends. Abhi did try to help Ak find her voice again, but Ak hardly did anything to help Abhi. They could have been shown to handle other family issues together before having a massive separation. Abhira kind of died with that first divorce only, and since then everything has been downhill. I loved the pregnancy track when Abhi was taking care of Ak, but even then, we all knew that a separation was coming, so it didn't make a lot of sense.
