We all know show can never match what Abhira had in the beginning but this track should fetch more than it is getting now simply because it has a lot of things going on that trp audience normally eats up.

I guess the only mistake is that makers do not know how to carry a track like this. Focus is lost.

In my observation, all such comparative expectations start only when TRPs increase or remain stable while other TRPs are falling, in short, when the show is doing well post leap. Apparently, for pre leap, TRP of 2.3 is an achievement for 'n' number of reasons but post leap for the same TRP, there are unmet expectations, even when the ranking position is better.

We all know that AbhiRa can't match what Akshara - Naitik had in Gen 1. With that logic, this show should have never taken any leaps to begin with.

Your post doesn't mention from where you got average pre leap YRKKH TRPs. Please let me know.

Not really. I have always commented on trps since gen 3 began. Pre leap it's an achievement because they were riding the show on pretty lame plots that noone cared for. Right now, they've created a plot which has created a buzz and they have constantly given promos as well whereas before we had to beg for a single promo.

And I'm not saying trps should go down, I just have better expectations and you never know it may go up.

Ranking wise, I've seen yrkkh in top 3 many times so not really wowed by this. Kinda sad to see it fall on online trp but ignoring that arent I

No Abhira cannot compete with Naksh. More than 10 years of difference.

You really want me to count all the trps from when gen 3 began and then average it out? Who has the time? And no, I shall not consider just 3 months before leap. Thats not comparing fairly.

Also I'm not saying current track is bad or blaming any actors. I am saying writers can do better to generate better trps. If not anupama then show can definitely beat ghum which it has done in the past. I've complained about writing even when it was Abhira centric epsidoes too.

Not gonna be happy with 2.3 trp when it can be a lot more. At least 2.6 if not 2.8

Never said 2.3 is bad either. Just said it could be better.

Not only the trp is not much by last weeks consequently the reach is also declining ,which is also a negative

IPL effect ? All prime time shows are seeing decline

So, you just quote random figures like 2.3 is the average TRP pre leap without any source or calculations to support it. I hope you realise that numbers are objective, not subjective like a person's opinions are. Your comparison of the pre leap story and post leap story on TRP basis is on a 'average TRP ' number that you made up to support your preference of the pre leap story. So, all your 'sorry but 2.3 is the avg. pre leap TRP' was totally baseless but you call my criterias random. 👏

Sure, if you ever have a serial in which you decide to take a leap in Jan 23, do not look at recent data. like say Nov - Dec 22 or Oct - Dec 22, look at Jan 22 or Jan 21 data. It will be pretty useless but atleast it will be look pleasing on paper.

Let’s just accept the fact that the show will never go to 3.0 like the confession time. All shows go to their highest when a lead confession happens and then never go to that point again. Now no matter who and what track the cvs bring, TRP will never hit 3.0, 2.8 might also be difficult. Yeah if they have gen 4 then maybe yes with a new story and fresh face, they can get high numbers. For now as long as the show is in top 3 and the slot leader, it’s doing good once it drops to the 4th position, cvs will change the story.

I agree, if there is no evidence to back up something, people should refrain from making such statements. I think the creatives are satisfied with the numbers right now but some fans aren’t lol.

I have seen disagreements over the reason for increase / decrease in TRPs for many shows. In fact, been there, done that. In this forum, people come up with their own numbers itself 😆. I have now come to the conclusion to definitely find out the source before trusting the numbers put out here.
