Quick recap:

Bimla makes yamini swear on maiyya’s akhand jyot and tells her to tell the truth.

Yamini gives glowing references of Dev - that he would go from college to hostel and back. He would only write in his diary every night. She asks vidhi - of course he would have written about this in his diary. Vidhi is like yes he did, but there were two empty pages and then his last entry was he is ashamed. Dev is like I am telling you I don’t remember. Yamini is like dev stop, let me clear things up. Yamini continues her story. She says developed a crush on him. Dev was different from all other friends. One night they went to a house party and they were playing chess when dev and she had a good talk (Dev let her down gently).

In her heartbreak she found solace in someone else who proved to be a big monster. He left her pregnant with divya. When she got married she was pregnant, and when her hubs found out he left her.

Vidhi is like that means dev is not Divya’s dad - her guilt relief everything starts overflowing. Yamini says no. Everyone is relieved.

Divya comes and is like what a touchy story. You’re lying to save their marriage but what about me - what about my happiness. She says she’ll believe only the DNA test.

On the other hand, Amba is praying that Yogesh doesn’t goof up and this plan of her will work and destroy dev.

Divya reads the report - it is negative, everyone is relieved.

Yogesh comes to Amba and starts fighting with her. He is like I can’t believe you were dumb enough to believe something you overheard at chithra’s wedding about dev and yamini. That was your big plan? The report is negative. He trolls her big time - sometimes you put raakh ki sindoor, burn his photo, you want to destroy him, you want him. What the hell is the matter with you. Amba is mighty mad and gives it back to yogu. She is like don’t forget whom you’re talking to. If you are treading waters, I am the alligator in the water. I’ll destroy you - this was awesome to watch 🤣🤣

yamini gives another glowing review of dev - he is sona, he is a pious man. She tells satya - he would never betray your trust and she tells vidhi - the man who crossed umra ka Seema will never break trust.

Yogu is like don’t underestimate me, in this game I’m not a foot soldier - I am the bishop. Amba is like what are we doing, fighting among ourselves. Amba and yogy finally make up and she is like one small defeat has made us start infighting. But she always has a plan B- and she will destroy them.

Satya thanks Yamini for saving her family, yamini apologizes for divya. Divya runs in, yamini follows. Satya asks vidhi for a hug. Dev is just relieved. It becomes a full family hug.

this scene - while doesn’t fulfil the extent of damage done by the sharma’s atleast was an apology. Dev asks HP to keep the shagun inside.HP was like please forgive me, holds his hands and goes to touch his feet. Bims is also like please forgive us. We got so caught up in our daughters sorrow that we dint believe our gold like son in law. Dev is like only the people who are your own will be upset with you when they think you are wrong. He says from this two good things came out - 1. What you said about not wanting to let go of damaad’s mistake and keep a relationship for daughters happiness. All parents should remember that.

2. My moms unshakable faith in me (Vidhi’s face is worth watching here). That gave me strength to face this situation.

He is like instead of apologizing, let’s thank god for what we have. Bims is like please do Aarti. Dev tells vidhi that last night he prayed to Maiya so that he doesn’t loose her, so how can he do Aarti without her. Vidhi goes, but she is drowning in guilt (dev looks relieved). She tells herself that dev ji - you are kind and very good and you forgave everyone. But I can’t forgive myself for not believing in you.

precap - Amba tells yogu that they need to be patient for 72 (thanks Carl for the translation! 😄) hours and then she will bring the raichands to their knees.

Raichands are celebrating Satya’s birthday and satya is like we can’t forgive the person who betrayed us like this. (Amba)

His second point about satya’s confidence in him made Vidhi feel terrible thank God! Honestly for a sec even i felt Dev took a dig at Vidhi for her stupidity

Besharmas ki apology was ok and given how Dev is, nothing further will happen

Aaj ka episode Yogesh aur Amba ke naam! Great dialogues and performance. Yogesh aur amba are together because they have common purpose otherwise they have capacity to back stab each other too

I am glad, this track is done. Saw pics of ViDev upcoming date so i am looking forward to that

Jab Yamini aur Divya wale scene main clear hua ki dev is not the father. To ye Kya music diya tha.

Besharma pe Khushi Wala music bilkul suite nai kar Raha tha.

Ambu ,yogu ,writer and music was superb in this scene.

Maine to rewind karkar ke ye scene dekha😂😂😂😂

Jab hamla ke face pe smile aayi , wo scene to mujse dekha NAHI gaya😂😂😂

@blue - yeah I don’t know why dhol laga diya background music mein. Like badi ajeeb thi.

@red - ambu and yogu’s scene was absolutely fantastic! Both of them, the dialogs music everything was perfect! Editors do a great job with ambu but videv ko haat se jaane dete hai.

Dev ka expressions throughout yamini’s speech were really weird and very unlike IQ/Dev. it was only after yamini/divya went away that things went back to some kind of normal. I think they struggled with so many people in that scene ya phir the editing was horrible.
