Are Roohi and Abhir of same age?

The showed a scene wherein both Akshra and Arohi were in the fourth month of their pregnancy, and then they showed Akshra giving birth to Abhir in the 7th month of her pregnancy. If it's true then Abhir has to be 2 months elder than Roohi. Abhinav told Abhimanyu is Son is five, so won't it be easy for Abhimanyu to figure out Abhir is his son the moment he finds Akshra is his mom? For him to be Abhinav son he has to be four year old. Isn't it?

right now he is in a state of shock, coming across Akshu, he might not have done the math yet
