Yesterday ronav got media coverage from that same paper basker one that did coverage for shivi when they went to jodhpur last year for that event. The kid is from that city but he and his family live in Mumbai they even had a small interview of his parents who told how he got discovered by a casting agent at a restaurant.

The whole situation must be so confusing for the small child.
His father talking about people he doesn't know and who don't live with them as if they do. Saying they actually reside elsewhere. Mentioning working at the family's store when he doesn't. And then calling his mother's behaviour strange.
Even if he has been told his father is unwell, it still can't be easy to comprehend. Raavi constantly looked worried about what Shiva would say in his presence.

Raavi is affectionate but old scars and fears are there. Still she is managing her best .
I think shiva obviously has memory issues but when he gets confused he gets worked up and freaks out the way raavi was calming him down and his need for meds he probably has many control issues due to the memory thing. People with traumatic brain injuries often can lose control and get worked and upset pretty fast.
