She neither prevented him from leaving earlier nor went to stop him from fighting even after Raavi told them about it. Just no consistency. This makes it hard to believe their reactions after seeing Shiva's condition.
Slightly unrelated, but when was the last time Shiva did not sport some sort of injury? They seem quite intent on showing him like this since the fracture.

It is amazing that even when so much of the storyline is revealed we are still left with so many questions and so much confusion.
How do either of the parties manage to get so many people willing to help them for such things but not in their actual time of need. Neither could find a single person to borrow money from when they desperately needed it. I know I should stop questioning these things but still...
