did nehru reject UNSC permanent seat offer to india in 1950?

did nehru actually reject a UNSC permanent seat in 1950s, asking for China to be given it instead?

I was listening to an youtube podcast and the video said this with quite a conviction, so i was wondering if such a criminal thing actually happened. 

can someone tell me exactly what happened?

He also went to UN with Kashmir issue when Maharaja of Kashmir asked to be integrated into India and added article 370. 

Nehru gave away Aksai Chin to China. 

Nehru’s policies has cost a lot to India and still going on. All of India’s Border problems are thanks to him and his family.

His daughter also gave away land to Sri Lanka, I heard

Some 200 acre of land that used to belong to the state of Tamil Nadu, she just gave away like it was her baap ki jaidad, causing untold suffering to their fishermen
