Tujhse naraz male female dono voices me already hai but pitch different hai.. if you listen carefully, woi song male voice me thoda lower pe hai but female me thoda high me hai..

Same way aye zindagi agar female try karegi same sound track me, thoda high pitch se she will have to try and then it sounds shrill in antara.

This is what I feel, I may be wrong. Anyways I am definitely gonna try again!

Bingo! I got it what you were experiencing too! See my comment in bold part, here I had mentioned about the pace of the music in my comment too. Yes, with track you definitely feel that music is running faster!

The tricky thing in this song is, if u listen to the original song carefully, u will see that -

While in the mukhda, the music is running superfast, the vocals are more restrained and slower. However just the opposite happens in antara i.e. the music's pace becomes slow but the vocals become relatively faster compared to music.

This is the actual tricky part that throws off people off the sur and Makes this song so difficult.

The funny thing is - i knew the song was difficult but just how difficult it is i realised only after attempting it. It's suprising how some rather simple sounding songs are actually so complex. IllayaRaja the one who composed the music of this song is a genius 👏

@bold - right. I completely get it.

True. The music is actually very complex but you realise it only when you try it yourself! IllayaRaja gave such fine music and Suresh ji made it look so effortless!❤️

I listened to the second version. Mukhra is good. I think antara can become even better if you practice more with music. It's (antara) a little different from the original. I couldn't find the first version. You probably deleted that version.

I listened to that already... And i checked it again and it seems his scale seems to be lower than the original... But then I'm no expert

Ps. Also there are many versions of female cover of the same song (including one of Shreya Ghoshal too) so stop giving excuses of pitch and sing it now😆

If u listen to the audition of that guy, the scale or pitch is much lower compared to the original, isn't it?
