Urmila was manipulative and did the whole “sanskaari” act to win him over …that arrogant prick he met at the airport is her actual character 

Sridevi was an a class gold digger so no surprises there why she’s bad for him 

If she remained the arrogant prick he met at the Airport, why'd she care about his kids or about remaining sanskaari after he fell for her and consummated with her? Why'd an arrogant prick continue with the act, after she's bought him over and won his love? She could've slowly started introducing him to western clothing for women, wore more casual but modest clothing / elegant outfits. I am sure he wouldn't oppose and he respected her enough towards the end. Why'd she turn him over back to Sridevi and go pregnant back to the States with a Married Man's child on her?😆

None. Sridevi was a cheap wife who always demeaned him, mocked him for earning less and not giving them what all material luxuries she wanted. 

Urmila bought him, did not bother if he was married and had kids and embarrassed him. 

Later left him.

He was used as puppet by both women and manipulated.
