Final Audition day.
For me, the standout contestants were Nahid and Ananya. I am not talking about the singing quality here - but the overall package, and what Indian Idol should stand for (in my mind).
But my fear is that neither will make the final cut. [Ananya surely won't. This is based on her IG activity, or lack of it]Overall, one feature of the auditions was the fact that none were promised a song by the judges. And while there was hype about IL13, there was limited melodrama at the end of performances. This is a shift from the past. And good in its own way.
I would like the following to make the cut next weekend based on their 1st Round performance(s):

So on Day 1 those in bold made it.
Anushka and Bidipta should also go through in most likelihood. Tabish Ali seems a no no at this stage.
