No Brahmastra needs better actors to make profit in part 2 and 3 not just break even which it may for part 1.

Ranbir does not have it in him to play a villain with a swag like Allu in Pushpa or Yash in KGF. He just can’t

If Part 1 is about the hero part 2 will be about villain… a fuss Hero and fuss villain will not bring in the money…

Less said about Alia the better, she can play damsel in distress but she can’t play the powerful character that this Amrita is implied here.

It’s not south actors who need Brahmastra they rocked money ringers with Bahubali KGF and Pushpa… it Brahmastra which requires better actors and a better dialogue writer.

have been waiting on a superhero movie on Indian mythology forever, and finally we have it.

What worked:

Astraverse

Vfx

Srk cameo- absolute Steller of an actor ⭐️, probably the best casted in the whole movie. He just reminded us what we have been missing on screen, stars who can command the screen, and get their audience engaged. Hope they make a side movie with his charecter, it would be amazing

Mouni- another perfect casting, she did amazing in what she was given to her.

All side actors were perfect.

What didn’t work-

Shiv-Isha love story- it just didn’t work, they had no chemistry. No story developing. It was just forced. I wonder if they increased Alia role based on producers demands because it just doesn’t make sense to sideline the whole Astraverse story line and give importance to love story, Ayan couldn’t have been working on this for past ten years. Sorry to say, Ranbir-Alia have zero chemistry.

Alia was a total misfit as Isha, people in theaters were literally laughing with her dialogues.

dialougue writer should be fired and not come anywhere close to part 2

music was total let down, too loud but not effective.
Ranbir was average, he and Alia were the weakest link in the movie.
I wanted to know more about the Ashram’s other students and their powers, but they wasted too much time with love story that all that got sidelined.

for part 2, I would like a better screenplay, acting, music and dialogues.

Was it deepika for sure in the scene after interval? I thought so but my husband didn’t think so. She would be perfect as a warrior. Let’s see!

Now, that I've read uncessant praise for SRK's performance and also reading Ayan vehemently thanking SRK , I don't understand why I don't see him on any of the posters (not even in the background) and don't see a # with his name in the box-office posts...or am I mistaken and just don't see it?

Baaki, can I have mom dad like Aaloo's. Ek toh petrol bhara from Mumbai to Himachal, and ek baar bhi phone nahi kiya ki deviji, kahaan ho😅
