No, I don't see the name Somaki used for any of the Draupadeyas, although they could have been called Saumakeyas, Pārṣateyas, or Sāhadeveyas. One of them was Sutasoma.

Kṣatradeva could have been called Saumaki, but he wasn't. Someone like him was.

Kṣatradharman, son of Dhṛṣṭadyumna, is called Saumaki at Droṇaparvan 61.39.

The variant Somaki is used for Satyadharman at Udyogaparvan 139.25. Since this is the only mention of a significant warrior named Satyadharman of Pañcāla - not to be confused with Satyadharman of Trigarta - I suspect that it is a variant name of Satyajit whom Droṇa battles in Droṇaparvan chapter 20.
