Finally the most awaited Pootna Vadh episode happened! 

I wasn't aware of Pootna's backstory

Pootna, in her last birth was Raja Baki's daughter. When she saw Vishnu in Vaaman avatar, she wished to be a mother, cradle the baby and feed him. Vishnu grants her wish but when she sees her father being sent to Paatal lok, she wishes to feed him poision instead. 

Thus, in this birth Vishnu fulfills both her wishes and grants her moksha. ❤️

The baby Krishna's voiceovers are adorable! They're so sweet, cute and ooof the cutest!

Yes I have read and seen the backstory in Shri Krishna the old show. Also, i have read that Putana is also considered as a foster-mother of Krishna as she breast-fed him. By offering her milk, Putana had performed "the supreme act of maternal devotion
