Modi was PM at that time and it was the PAK PM's daughter's wedding, not his birthday. And visiting Nawaz Sharif was a good attempt at diplomacy and generating good will. It's the same as Pak PMs coming down to India for cricketing events. So good try in bringing Modi yet again into a thread for no reason, but it didn't quite work. Better luck next time
