At the beginning of the show, Agastya fired a male employee because he harrassed a female employee. It seemed Agastya had a lot of respect for women. He also saved a child from car accident. On the other hand, he doesn't respect boundaries when it comes to Pakhi. He uses camera to watch her and his love for her is obsessive. He tried to kill the black hoodie guy as well. This mix of negative and positive characteristics is strange. What do you think?

Well for the office guy or other ladies or the kid or rest of the world no real emotions is involved from his side...so he behaves like a normal gentleman...

But when it comes to Pakhi his emotions are involved and adding that to the trauma he seems to have of his mom leaving, when it comes to Pakhi his mental issues kick in, his obsession starts...he is a different person then and that different person dont understand anything other than making sure Pakhi cant leave him...the gentlemanly things he does is how he would have been if he was mentally fit...but he is not mentally fit, just like Tara in IMMJ1 wasnt...

Agastya seems to be suffering from some sort of mental disorder and Pakhi is trigger. Otherwise, he is a pretty good guy who does all the right things. His disorder might be stemming from the lose of his mother and he fears the same for Pakhi. That might be the reason why he keeps an eye on her so obsessively. With others, there is no fear of losing them. So he behaves normally with them. But with Pakhi, everything spirals out of control because of his fear of losing another important person in his life.

I agree his mental issues kick in when it comes to Pakhi. He behaves differently because of his mental issues. But I believe he was emotionally involved when he saw the child and then saved him.

I can't say for sure...But with the move of showing Ishaan as negative, I think they'll whitewash Agasthya as many TV shows do have obsessive male lead and in TV world, obsession especially in case of male lead is not shown as something deal breaking.

He clearly suffers major abandonment issues and so the idea of losing pakhi is a big trigger for him, else he is normal with anybody else in his daily life.

He is very deeply attached to Paakhi unlike the others.

He at the very least suffers from Attachment Disorder therefore he idolises Paakhi and sees her in a romantic light, easily gets jealous when her attention isn't him like how kids do with the people they bond.

He probably never learned how to deal with his anger as a kid so it becomes very violent when the one figure he idealises is put in danger or her attention is not on him anymore.

The car accident thing is also a very triggery situation for him, it was the mothers reaction to it that made him put his own life in danger for them.

Agastya's character fits the classic description of a Psychopath- Monster-Man with Charming and Suave manners.

Agastya's stalking has already crossed every imaginable line in a matured relationship-placing cameras in Teddy Bear and Necklace. Is this the way to treat a childhood buddy Paakhi?

Even though the majority here might root for the jodi of Agastya-Paakhi still right now Ishaan ticks all the right boxes for Paakhi.

Agastya's Survelliance is intrusive and whatever might be his dark past his actions are inexcusable. He's clearly delusional regarding his love for her.

His monitoring has protected Paakhi till now good but interfering with her choice of life-partner does not seem right in any manner.Yes Ishaan would turn negative later on wards but even Vansh never did such stalking on Ridzi with regards to Kabir.

Agastya should have proposed to Paakhi earlier if he really wanted to marry and settle down with her in his life.Loving her is not wrong but his stalking is bothersome.

Agastya has certain good sides but its perhaps the Dodo in him that enables him to perform such heroic acts or he likes to be a Perfectionist. Its upto Paakhi now to bring back the Dodo in Agastya as per the story-line.

Paakhi has a long and tough road ahead for her.
