Pratik is the sole catalyst of major fights and negative energy surrounding the kitchen area to begin with (where people want to eat their food calmly). Removing him offsets this.

Pratik was constantly poking him ....kaam krtay huay 1 banka cpnstantly bolta rahega to dosra kese kaam karega.

Arrey but captain doesn't know sh** about kitchen, he should take action after consulting with kitchen team about who is the one that's causing troubles for them.
