It all depends on trps. I don't think anything happened as such - Esha might fake pregnancy and Pallavi might leave Raghav. But later it will be revealed that Esha was trapping Raghav. The end game is RaghVi only.

They said it sincerely. They too are not liking E track. I think E will be pregnant. P will leave R and P will tell R to own up his responsibility towards E...may be we will get R and E marriage track too. Because E is here to stay. I am really disappointed with this pregnancy track. This is so cliche.
