Lakshmi’s voice

I find it hard to listen to Lakshmi without discomfort. There is such a strong hiss at the end of each word. I think this is known as a sibilant voice. They should be using a different type of microphone for her that does not amplify the sibilance. It’s really unpleasant to hear.
Also she should start injecting more emotion into her dialogue delivery. I guess they want to portray that she’s a very sweet person but it comes out as really banal Is everything delivered in the same monotone with a smile plastered on her face.

When she talks in her full volume voice it sounds normal. It sounds very artificial when she talks in a subdued soft tone all the time.
