Hey! I watch this serial on and off. In the recent episode Nandini finds out that she will never be able to conceive. Has Charmi and Namrata done something to her or is it the consequence of the blast she went through?

Hey! I watch this serial on and off. In the recent episode Nandini finds out that she will never be able to conceive. Has Charmi and Namrata done something to her or is it the consequence of the blast she went through?
Charmi hit her with her car and the blast combination of both caused severe internal injuries causing Nandini unable to get pregnant.
