There are also lists ans recommandations of dramas and movies on it.

I'm with you regarding romantic Jdramas. The old ones were better written.

My kdrama obsession began in 2015. I can't believe it's been 5 years. My friend recommended watching "Healer". It was my first kdrama and I loved it. I found my first ever oppa JI CHANG WOOK and the rest is history🤣

I uploaded the MDL app on my phone. This way it's easier to update my watchlist.

I'm not sure the app exist on Apple though.

I really liked JCW in Healer and then The K2 but I've been disappointed with his choices of dramas since he came back from his enlistment.

Same. Was an IPKKND fan and could not watch anything else after that for a while. Many other IPKKNDians recommended Playful Kiss saying it's similar to IPK. That was back in 2013 I think. I tried watching it for fifteen minutes and gave up. Later in 2014 I came across Trot lovers and a Lee Junki drama and there was no turning back That was followed by kpop and kvariety shows. I even went back and finished Playful Kiss.

Nowadays, I've moved on to Cdramas because even kdramas aren't quiet the same. But I am waiting for Lee Jong Suk's comeback drama. Until then I'll stick to c-ent.

My first Kdrama was My Secret Romance in 2017.

Hmmm my obsession 🤔 I guess my first kdrama was dots Hindi dub in zindagi channel just came across it randomly😆 then it took me 3-4 months to get hang of how I can watch it other than YouTube... voila there was no turning back😆 I guess it has been almost been 5 years for me😎

I couldn't resist writing here after reading some of the replies lol. Back when I started watching Korean shows no one really knew about them. When I told folks about Korean Dramas, they looked at me as if I was talking about some alien bullshit. And now when Korean shows have exploded in the country, I really can't connect with any of the people and their obsession :P. The only place I could talk about Korean shows was with some people here, but that's an old story now.

My first show was Boys Over Flowers (no money for guesses) and there was no looking back. I have watched Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, Thai, Filipino shows too (the list is long indeed). I can't connect with many Korean shows these days, so have moved to Chinese and Japanese. Someone here mentioned about Long Vacation too, MUST WATCH GUYS. Also Takuya Kimura was great in the 90s.
