Technicalities. There needs to be frontal genital nudity in them for them to be officially classified as p#rn. nothin much wud happen even if Smriti was at the helm and ektaa got caught. without an iota of doubt ektaa will b out unscathed. even kundra, he escaped arrest so far bribing the officials.

Smriti will be forced to denounce her mentor in public. She'll be forced to give Ekta a bhaashan in her signature style..Humhaari sanskriti mein yeh sab nahi chalta and all that. Ekta will not give in without a good fight. Might spill dirt. Would at least remind her of her Miss India days in shorts and swimwear. It would def be another blow to Smriti's holier than thou BS and fun to watch. Some real drama from the both of them LOL
