Technicalities. There needs to be frontal genital nudity in them for them to be officially classified as p#rn. Otherwise it's in a grey area where someone could take you to court but you can get out of it if u have money and influence. In my opinion p#r n is way more dignified than her sleazy third rate web series. Would be fun if Smriti Irani were to be given the Ministry of Info and Broadcasting.
Ahh the last statement 🤣🤣🤣 Having contacts nowadays lets you escape from any crap you do or make.

Until genitals are visible, full nudity isn't there..it isn't p*rn but some do call what ekta produces with alt balaji as soft p*rn. Ekta has more business sense as well as brains than kundra.
Moreover p*rn industry isn't about producing sex movies, it is quite exploitative to its actors. More people are coming forward regarding harassment faced because of kundra.
They aren't even soft purn, web series like Sacred Games and Patal Lok have bolder scene than these shows.
True about the last para. While it is true, producing purnographic movies is banned in India due to several acts, this case came into light when a lady filed a case that she was forced to do objectionable scenes after being promised a web series. And this led of who are producing and distributing these movies. And this name is Raj Kundra and 20 others came up.
(Not for you moody, but general)
Also if anybody asks watching purn in India is not illegal, obscene yes not illegal. The reason why many purn sites got banned in India is not because Modi woke up one day and decided I won't let anyone fap. It is because of two cases. One was the PIL that lawyer Kamlesh Vaswani filed against purnography and his argument that how purn has effect on youth and also rise of child purnography in some of these websites. Which led to the 2015 ban.
Supreme Court said that someone watching purn in private is nothing illegal, but also asked GOI what is it doing for the growing child purn in internet, GOI had to take action and as hasty as GOI has ever been, they temporarily banned most of the top sites.
Second was the 2018 ban, which was majorly because of the UK high court verdict after the Uttarakhand school gangrape case.
